brought about $100 in books there today - quite a few books in total. snotty clerk wanted to overload books in bag rather than spring the penny or two to provide another to distribute the books more realistically to avoid damage and make carrying what was now my property out of the door safely and securely (half price bags are easily torn by sharp corners of books, overloading also can lead to damage to books as they jostle together, etc.). her attitude was extremely poor as well - guess paying minimum wage doesnt bring in people who give a sh** about customer service and courtesy. it will be a long time, if ever, before this customer comes back to buy more from this store - there are other options that offer better service and respect for their customers.

My first visit was today, looking for a specific book. There were 2 at registers and 1 at the back at a register and no lines. Nobody offered to help. I finally went to one of the front registers and asked. She said 2nd bookshelf back... Well back from where? I looked and looked again and never did find the area much less the book I wanted. Doubting Ill go back. If they had been busy Id understand, but I only saw 2 other people in the store browsing.

I am in here every week to browse the clearance sections. This place is such a goldmine. Almost an addiction for me on my lunch hour. The clearance books seem to rotate often and I often get a handful of books for $5 total. My only real "complaint" would be to spruce up the variety in the tv dvd and regular dvd sections. But then again, whats to complain about in a store such as this? I love this store.

I go at least once a month, open my wallet, and watch the money fly out. I adore the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. As someone that has a bit of a difficult time asking for help, these people make it considerably easier by just simply looking like they want to help you discover your new favorite.

Of the two stores in the Indy area, this one is my favorite. It is organized similar to the old Castleton store. It seems the selection here is maybe a little better than the other location. If I cant find what I want at the Castleton location, I typically find it here.

fun store to visit and shop. Their prices are so cheap that I always get something. CDs, DVDs, books and software. As with all computer software, make sure it is compatible with later model computers. Customer service is great. They do try to keep you happy.

This is my favorite location! I have visited the other locations and found this is my familys favorite. The staff is friendly, respectful, and very helpful. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. My kids absolutely love when we visit this location.

Why would you pay full price? You can even buy magazines that are on the grocery store racks here - and they are a fraction of the price. The best way I can think of to save money and the planet. Save a tree buy your next book here.

Buying books is great. Selling books however is not a deal particularly if more than half of them are brand new, in pristine condition; that does not equal $14.00 for 80 books. Never again selling to them. Live and learn.
