I love your store, as Im in there at least twice a week to purchase fresh fruits, nuts, vegetables, etc. Mostly fruits, of which I love your selection. But todays visit (2/16/17) was not great at all. I gathered my fruits and decided to get a sandwich from the deli as lunch. This is the 2nd time Ive tried a sandwich from the deli. The first time I ordered a simple turkey sandwich with provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Sounds simple, right? Well, when I got back to work, I discovered that my sandwich did not have mayo. I dont like dry sandwiches. At all. But, I ate it, vowing that it would be some time, if at all, before I ordered another sandwich from your deli. But, today was my lucky day. I ordered another turkey, with provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayo. After I ordered, I asked the guy if you have bean sprouts. He replied "Yes", so I asked for some. I return to work and again, I am disappointed. There were no bean sprouts, but at least there was mayo this time. But, I couldnt eat the entire sandwich because the guy had added some type of topping that proved to be WAY TOO sweet for my liking. It was a brown-ish colored topping with what looked like bits of raisins. I dont know what it was, but it was HORRIBLE. This was my second and LAST time ordering a sandwich from your deli. I never thought ordering a basic turkey sandwich could be so difficult. Regards,

Customer Service is AWFUL and I will never shop here again. At the register, a gallon of cider wouldnt scan so I stepped over to the bin by the front door and read 2 for $5. This sign was directly where we picked up the cider and of course of the prices on the signs were disproportionately large compared to the item description. The manager started berating me for not reading the sign. If she would have just excused the sign and said its $4.99 that would have been fine but she kept at it, pointing out that it said eggnog. There were maybe two eggnogs in the entire bin and they were hidden under ice. Some people may like Whole Foods and their prices might be high but their people are fantastic and if someone isnt the managers are always spot on.

I used to love this store, but since the winter there had been a huge turnover of staff, and the replacements arent as friendly or helpful as they once were. The checkout people are inattentive and rarely smile or put the customer first. They make many mistakes, so watch as they ring up your produce! Ive been charged for avocados when I bought limes (a 78 cent each mistake). One of their chip readers doesnt work. They blame the banks who issued the cards! Funny how the other chip readers work! The produce is always moldy or full of dirt. Its like the store has no management at all! Im pretty sure its a problem unique to this location. The one in Broadripple is so much better! Ive posted photos of their produce. Too many examples to post!

This is my favorite grocery store in Indianapolis. I love that these stores have the feeling of an upscale specialty grocery store, but that everything is super affordable. My wife and I buy our produce almost exclusively from Fresh Thyme. Beyond produce, I really like all of their bulk options. They have a huge section of bulk spices that are dirt cheap in comparison to buying containers by the container. Also, their fresh-ground honey roasted peanut butter is one of the best things I have ever eaten.

I have been going here for about a year now. I do not do all of my shopping here but I do shop the sales, and also buy regular price things that you cant find anywhere else (bulk albanese gummy bears, mini pita breads (in whole wheat!) etc.). Their produce is amazing..found it to be better tasting, and fresher than when I go to Kroger sometimes. Their bulk section is also amazing! My interactions with the employees have also been overall positive.

Well wouldnt suggest applying here to work, they are very pregidous if they know you and the hiring manager will tell them not to hire you before you can even make it in to your interview. Oh and the last time I went in the meat department was pretty gross, nothing was stocked, stuff was thrown around, jus very unclean looking. Would give this place zero stars if I could.

Produce, meat, bulk foods, and coffee are the best options here. Usually good sales and always a great staff and service. Avoid the boxed good as they are usually pricier, but worth it if you want healthier options without breaking the bank. Their customer service and corporate policies/ethics are some of the best around.

Twice Ive purchased chicken and when I opened the packages the chicken stunk! Definitely spoiled, and it was still one or two days Before the date on the package! Never a problem with beef or pork though. Their produce is outstanding! Ill still shop there, but Never buying chicken there again!!

A really good place to shop. Never too crowded and they carry a lot of hard to find items. The price isnt bad, but it isnt a place where you can shop and get a way with a weeks worth of groceries for a family of four for less than 180$. Clean and the checkout is really fast and well executed.

Although I shop here 1x/week, I generally shop their flyer items only. Otherwise, the prices are quite high. It is always clean, has a decent variety of produce and bulk items, but not as much of a selection of grocery items. They offer a healthy kids treat in the produce section.

Good selection of local products, real and healthy foods, and prepared foods. Loved trying the wild game. Pizza was yum. Pricy for the midwest. Compares well to quality markets in dc and sf. Close to interstates. Hope to stop again when Im on another cross country trip.

I shop here almost every week. I really enjoy the produce selection, and the cheese selection is also really good. The price is a little bit higher than something like Wal-Mart or Kroger, but youre paying to make sure it is fair-trade and generally higher quality stuff.

Its gone down hill. With lack of quality produce, meat (found hair in meat), lack of customer service. I believe they practice witchcraft. Staying far away from this store. I wish marsh was still open.

Catch the sales. You can get some amazing deals on healthy food. They have nearly everything I liked about that big, expensive hipster grocery chain down the road, but without the sticker shock.

I really enjoy the produce here and I like the fact I can buy my condiment spices buy the lb, so if I need something for a recipe and I dont use it often, I dont have to buy so much!

I went in looking for salad and dressing and sadly found lettuce that did not look great and salad dressing that was expired. Great bulk food selection if that is what you need.
