The pharmacy alone was very personal and discreet . And my privacy is important to me when its about my health relatrd issues. I was also very please they could answer all of my questions and publix s super market staff are extremely compassionate to people and their customers. One even offered me help because I had to use a powered chair to move around due to an injury and even offered to help me out to the vehicle I kindly refused because i want to exercise any chance I can to keep this leg moving ...But that being said...Walmart needs to step their game up..just saying. PUBLIX has wonderful customer service and their store is very organized and everything looked fresh and clean and pleasant to be In the store. Even the other shoppers there had a better vibe than most wally world shoppers....and we all know how some of those guys can be. Dont get me wrong I love wally world like the next person but as for as all around likeness, publix took the cake!

The online ordering has disappointed me. Three times I have ordered ahead for lunch meat and/or subs. I do really good with ordering at the not so busy times because I do order by the pound. Each and every times it has come out wrong. The only thing I can come up with is it is not organized in the deli, the receipts are on the subs with what was wanted and each and every time it is wrong. Im really disappointed with this. Customer Service from all employees is always great and Store cleanliness always up yo par.

This store used to be great, mainly due to the staff. Sadly, the quality of customer service has diminished over the past year. The customer used to be always right. Now the staffs attitude is hit-and-miss. A colder reception and a certain cockiness at checkout. Even the customer service department has a less-than-impressive attitude at sorting out issues. I used to be prepared to pay the above average prices at Publix, but will now drive past their store and shop at Winn Dixie instead.

The bakery is good, however its not as good as the Fresh Markets bakery with the selection but their products always taste fresh. The layout is different from most publix but everything is generally organized. The produce department always seems to be short on fruits. The main problem I have is that they are seriously understaffed. Id rather bag my own groceries so they can open another register. If youre not there first thing in the morning, the lines are brutal

I have made Publix on Eglin Parkway my main grocery store. The service is very good. I like the selection of products they have to offer. I buy most of my produce there. Masha, I hope I spelled it right, is very helpful and always has the time to greet the customers and is quick to help in our shopping needs. She is always working hard to maintain a well stocked produce department. Her dedication to her job and customers warrants this review.

Asked the deli lady (my luck it was the same person each time) for a pastry and she did not use gloves! Arent they supposed to use gloves, I mean in this day and age, plastic gloves are every where. Although she didnt touch it with her fingers, she grabbed it with those little flimsy papers. I wouldve felt better about my purchase and eating it had she used at least 1 glove on her grabbing hand.

This is my local grocery store, so i might be a lil biased (no, i dont own it, its just the one I go to). Im used to going to trader joes for all my grocery needs, but seeing as there isnt one in the area publix will have to do. & Im not all that disappointed about it. It is a quality store with friendly employees!

Recently purchased JennieO frozen turkey burger and Publix frozen beef burger. Both are pitiful to say the least. JennieO 5 1/3 ounce burger has 2 ounces of water and fat. Publix burger appears to be made from "pink slime". Both have been returned by me.

I shop Publix for specialty items not stocked in other groc stores. Today was assisted twice by workers who volunteered. One saw that I needed direction, another gave me assistance in reaching a product on a top shelf. Everyone was cheerful.

Normally the staff at this Publix (610 Eglin Pkwy NE) are great, but theyve hired a new guy for the checkout line. He doesnt smile, argues with the customer and seems to be unaware of the policy that the customer is always right.

Everyone is so friendly. The bakery always has delicious items and their sales are fantastic with buy one get one. Very clean and pleasant flow. No elbow to elbow traffic and never to long of a check out line.
