Walked in at 6:02pm, apparently they closed at 6pm on Saturday. The clerk didnt have the courtesy to even say hello before he started loudly announcing that they were closed and I would have to leave. What happened to people having common manners and courtesy? Would it have been so hard for him to politely say that he was sorry, but the store closed early on Saturdays? We are all ready to go after our work shift is over, but its not necessary to throw kindness and commonsense manners out the door too.

The SLOWEST FedEx in the Indianapolis area. The old guys working here act like doing anything quickly might hurt them in some way. Worth the drive to the store on 31 south of here. It will take an extra 15 minutes drive time, but youll save that by not having to wait 30 minutes for these guys to figure out how to use the computers.

I sell a lot on the eBay and sometimes this FedEx office is on my way to work. It looks like whenever it the manager decides that you need a new box so he can make a sell he wants to put your item in a box so he can make extra money and upsell you something that you dont need, frustrating.

The associate there was very friendly and helpful. My printer was down and going there was THE best idea I had in awhile. The documents turned out perfectly. Even better than I would have done. This place saved me from a lot of stress today.
