In August 2015 they had a "sale" on paper. It was their 1 cent sale on paper. Three of us made purchases at different times and submitted claim forms. Low and behold all three claims were rejected because of "missing or damaged information on the receipt". The receipt is printed by the store. This is a scam. The three of us will no longer step foot in a OfficeMax/Office Depot again. Reject our rebate claim due to their own internal problem.

There were some problems with a package I dropped off to be shipped via UPS I am not sure who is to blame but otherwise they do have a friendly staff
