I ordered a printer online two weeks ago and it still has not shipped, yet it shows a tracking number. Contacted ODs customer service after a week and they sent me the tracking info. I still have no printer, so I called the Prattville store (to speak to someone without language barriers), and Katrina answered the phone and was so attentive and happily worked with customer service for me and called me right back and said I could expect a call from the problem resolution team at OD. And gave me her work hours over the next couple of days, should I not get a satisfactory response from the PRT. Triple Kudos to the Prattville Office Depot and Katrina for going above and beyond for something that didnt even affect their store since it was an online order!!!! If our business was in Prattville, I would definitely shop there over the online shopping, (we are 50 miles away).

They told me their email system was down Monday when I went to get some pics printed. Called back Tuesday and couldnt speak with anyone, called Wednesday stayed on hold 25 minutes and still couldnt get to someone to answer if the system was back up and running. Finally Thursday I just go and they had my email, lady was helpful but not truly knowledgeable, been before and was able to get my pics maneuvered to a size I needed. This chick told me the pics I chose could only be 4x6. I was agitated but at this point went forth. Got my pics printed two to a sheet, she asks do I want her to cut them for me. Little did I know she charged $3.50 for the cutting I paid $12 for pictures. Not visiting again!

Just bought a Lap to on Friday the 1st of July . Amanda the store Mgr was so nice and very helpful a plus for that store and JD the tech at the store is a plus this young man is very sharp and knows his stuff and is a plus for the store
