The customer service at this location is certainly lacking. I called about a warranty replacement on a printer I recently purchased, and after being put on hold for an unreasonable time I had to hang up and call back. The gentleman named Michael answered again, and told me there is nothing they can do. I purchased a warranty when I bought the printer less than 90 days ago. Ive instead opted to call OfficeMax headquarters for my return. I cannot speak for every employee in the store, so at this point I can give 2 stars. There are other office stores nearby who are much friendlier.

Just left here and the atmosphere is awful and the staff is unfriendly! I waited around to ask a question and there were multiple workers just standing around. When I asked the girl doing nothing behind the counter she gives me a blank stare and the girl assisting a customer who I was trying not to interup had to step in and she didnt know either..Another worker must have heard and just told me no they dont have that..then I waited in line for something else, two lines with one person each and I waited for 5 mins...so I put the product back and left...waste of my time..

Worst customer service ,I went this morning Monday January 30 at 9:20 and the manager and other employee couldnt finish with my copies by 10 am because every time that a customer came asking for something ,they forgot about me ,so when I complain about to the manager ,he just said the workers have to be multitaskers and I said what about your first come first serve ,that I was waiting for my fliers for almost half an hour ? The manager kept his attitude about it ,with out helping me at all . And Im a bussines owner and Im not going there ever .

I love getting my office supplies at this officemax. The services are great and fast. The store looks very organized as well. This location is by far the best store. Very professional and have great knowledges for products. Recommending everyone to shop at this location. Btw, the protection plans on electronic are definitely worth it values. Love this place!!

Close to home and other shopping that I do. The staff here is always helpful and the store is always clean and neat. I had to have some 1 day business cards made and was skeptical of the quality but when I went to pick them up later in the day I was impressed with the quality. Good rewards program as well.

The people in print center need more Training they dont have any idea on how to do a simple project . And the Manager or supervisor in the print center Completely ignore all the customers he was just walking around and doing nothing

If you are lucky you may get helped by somebody if you wander around aimlessly. The no weapons policy they havre is kind of bs. If you do happen to bring weapons into this shop , be sure to conceal them or you will get a ticket.

Went there to get something faxed. They guy working at the desk was more occupied binding something else for a customer that wasnt there than helping me. Super slow--took 20 minutes.
