I took my teenage daughter into Main Street Tattoos to get an Industrial ear piercing. My first impression when I walked in the door was that I had just stepped into Miami Ink..if youve ever been to Miami Ink in South Beach, you know what Im talking about. This shop in Greenwood was immaculate. After they explained the process and the pricing of the piercing, they asked me for both my ID and that of my teenager. She doesnt have a drivers license yet, so I explained that she didnt have a picture ID. Guess what? They apologized, but firmly refused to do the piercing explaining that not only did she need some sort of ID, but I needed to bring in her birth certificate, as she and I do not have the same last name. The guy said imagine if your kid came home with this piercing without your consent, youd be pretty upset, right?..We went home, got the appropriate documention and went directly back and got the piercing. Not only was I impressed with the facility itself, but also the class and professionalism of the crew working there. I TOTALLY recommend visiting Main Street Tattoos, whether its for a piercing or a tattoo. They had lots of their artwork displayed around the shop and it was very impressive. Stop in and check them out. Main Street Tattoos gets two thumbs up from me!

HORRIBLE. I got my Cartledge pierced there By a guy named Alex. We walked in and he was nice. We sat down and started cleaning and my mom asked what kind of ring was going in and he showed her and I said do you have others to choose from (we already paid) and he replied with "this is not a shopping mall we dont have studs." I stayed quiet toll the piercing was about to take place and asked if my mom could video tape and he said "youre almost 18 you dont need your mom right here. We dont do video tapings, Im not teaching a class." He was one the rudest people Ive ever met. The ear ring was alright but the service was not. I want someone who cares about my opinion and isnt rude. Wont be coming back here for my double helix.

This is hands down the best shop Ive been to I went in to get my moms name tattooed on my wrist her name was Faith so I was gonna do an infinity sign and Joey who was the artist and yes these guys are artists said you and 60 thous other females lol well I didnt get that he drew up something for me that not just everyone has thank you so much cause like you said a tat means something make it your own

I would go to this studio, but my grandfathers and great uncles fought the Nazis in Europe and the Atlantic. Since I wouldnt want to dishonor true American heroes by patronizing the business of a fascist, I decided against going to this shop. Hed probably turn my rainbow flag into a Nazi one, anyway. Everyone at the shop is really nice and chill. Curtis (who tattooed me) was really awesome with working with me and allowing me to make all the changes I wanted to make sure I got exactly what I envisioned. He was very flexible with timing and payment and almost overly fair in pricing. Ive definitely found my shop for all future works

Got my industrial bar there, was a nice guy. Sad to say the owner is on Facebook spewing love towards the neonazis. Wont be recommending to any friends. Should be careful what you say when your business mainly focussing on the libs. Not a smart move and very shocking.

Cant say enough good about Main Street Tattoo. Jon is amazing. I have been going to him for close to 9 years now. Of my 15 tattoos, Jon has done 11. Super clean, laid back/relaxed atmosphere, and just welcoming environment. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
