Delta 9 had a promotion for Friday the 13th today ( November 13, 2015) offering dixie cup size tattoos for $13. I called the shop to see what kind I needed to do as far as reserve a spot. The man that answered the phone Let me know that it was a first come first serve basis, that they were open until midnight, but they were looking pretty booked up unless I got there soon. I told him that I wanted a small semi colon on my wrist. He then told me that if I got to the shop within the next 30 to 45 minutes then he would squeeze me in on the shortest list since it was such a small and simple tattoo. I told him my name was Becca and that I really appreciated it. So I arrived at the shop (at the 30 minute mark) around 1 p.m. and went to the main desk and told the nice ladies behind the counter the phone conversation I had 30 minutes prior but I had forgot to get the mans name that I had spoken with. One of the ladies said that Scott was artist that had been answering the phone all day and she would go check with him. She came back with a piece of paper and told me to sign in and she would have me full out the waiver and asked for my I.D. I saw there was 7 people ahead of me on the list which was no big deal cause I knew they would be busy. I asked the lady if I had to wait in the shop until my turn and she said no that I could leave and they would call me 10 to 15 minutes before the would need me in the chair. So, I left to go do some shopping and then grabbed some good and realized it was already going on 4 p.m. So, I called the shop just to get a better idea (since the tattoos are all a small size), the man that answered said that there were 4 people still ahead of me in Scotts list and then reassured me they would call me 10 to 15 minutes before. Told him no problem. I went and did some more shopping and then notice it was just after 6p.m. so I called the shop again and the man that answers this time told me that Scott was finishing one tattoo and had another one to do and then it would be me. Told me it wouldnt be long at all and to head back to the shop. Told him I was on my way. I get back to the shop and walk towards the desk where the nice ladies were..they were busy and there was a man standing off to the side talking to a couple. He asked the lady standing in front of me if she had signed in she said yes and was just looking around. He then looked up and said in general to everyone that if they hadnt signed in then they needed to as soon as possible. He then went back to talking to the couple. I then politely said excuse me and told him that I was there to see Scott. He said well Im Scott and Im pretty sure youre not signed in on my list. I told him that I signed in earlier during my first visit at 1 p.m. He then walked to the back and came back with a piece of paper and asked my name. I told him and he said that he still had 2 people ahead of with a total of 4 tattoos. He said that he would be done in 1 hour and 15 minutes max. I told him to just call me I would be outside. Mind you that was just after 6 p.m. It is now 10:15 p.m. and I have yet to receive a phone call. That is horrible customer service. I understand you are a busy establisment cause of a promo you have going on but I will never go back and I will never refer based off this experience alone. Not very professional.

(READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO!!~)This place was a literal nightmare. The artist didnt was his or my hand before beginning. Not only that he took out his inks and made the comment " all of my inks are open. I hate it when people get in my stuff and dont close it back" he proceeded to do the tattoo while periodically taking smoke breaks and continued to break simple hygiene and sterilization codes by not washing his hands after smoking. "Healthcare violation see below" (Yes thats a health code violation from there shop after I received an infection from the tattoo.) The blame was put on me for poor aftercare but I have videos of me talking to the artist and making sure I knew how to keep in from getting infected. I followed every instruction to the T and by the next day my arm was swollen to the elbow with a serious infection I am still taking antibiotics for 3 weeks later. My hand was overworked, I had patches of ink fail to take along with parts of the lining. It was also scarred very badly. All the pictures and videos are below. If I where you I would consider going to another shop, just my opinion. This has happened to other people also who want to remained nameless. I was refused my money back for a tattoo that makes my house tattoo I have look like davinci did it. Code violations pictures and videos below. Dont let it happen to yourself. ***And about me wearing gloves. I didnt wear gloves untill two days ago and was completely healed.***

I recently had issues with a guy that blatantly destroyed his hand tattoo with his lack of aftercare..I have screenshots of him wearing gloves *a huge no-no* and drawing on his hand with the tattoo being fresh...then he demands his money back and call ed d the health department... After being inspected by our HD contact we were informed of a complaint...and that this minor infraction could be resolved by observing more hand washing leaving or entering our personal space...and to remind clients to be cautious when caring for a fresh tattoo... remember folks..cell phones, keys, & especially Money are big carriers of germs...treat your tattoo with extra special care and youll have healing success...and beware of tattoo trolls...

Seemed like a great place at first, almost everyone was nice, looked clean.. But after I got pierced all of the employees went into the room right next to the piercing room and started smoking weed. Im all for doing what you want, but they could have atleast waited until all customers were gone. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Not to mention my piercings were pierced way too close together, and I had to take one out. (Sadly) Besides that the piercer was extremely nice!! But, I will never go there for anything ever again.

I took my girlfriend there at 11:00 pm last night to get one done. They quoted her a price half of what another shop quoted us, and they even stayed open late to make sure her ink got done. Our artist was working on something similar to her tattoo for another client, and did a flawless job on my girlfriends ink. Place is clean, and exceptionally friendly staff. The place is downstairs, so dont be fooled by the light off in the window next to their door. If the open sign is on, theyre home.
