They are unprofessional! First they sell me a product that chemically burned my scalp then have me spend $20 on products that did nothing but fry my hair. They know nothing about hair. Even the one that claims to have 35 years over salon experience. After I asked for a refund for the products that fried my hair they banned me from going back there! Rude and disrespectful is all I can say about them!

Never seem to have products in stock. When you ask to order the product not in stock, you get really bad service. Very Disrespectful. Management doesnt care to correct the issues either. Dont shop there!
