I just purchased my second Corolla from Jeff Wyler; it was a sad necessity since my car was totaled. First, Id like to say that when I took my wrecked car (via the tow truck) to their body shop the day of the accident and was quite upset (to put that embarrassment lightly), the sales associates were professional yet had genuine concern and helped how they could, and checked on my while I wait for my ride. Now, (as mentioned in my previous post) I had such success working with Tom Schreier the first time I purchased, unfortunately he has since relocated. This time I worked with Jason Duff. I highly suggest him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. He was kind, professional, respectful, answered all my questions, and answered them again when I repeated myself, and he never seemed to be in a rush to get me on my way. He ran numbers and ran them again so I could see options, never pushing, all in all he made me very comfortable. I was so glad that he was my contact through this whole process again. Its really wonderful knowing I can go back to a place and get the same level of professionalism and knowledge as I did the first time. 11 months ago: I was prepared for a really difficult time trying to buy my first car, especially since I was going by myself (and Im only 23). I contacted Tom Schreier via email about a few used cars and set up a meeting to test drive. When I got there, not only did we look at the car that I had questions about but he had another vehicle in mind too, within my price range. It showed me that he had respected my wishes on price and type of vehicle, which I liked. He answered all my questions, more than a few times, he treated me with respect, and he treated me like a daughter. He made it very comfortable, and did not pressure me to buy. I went home the first night without a purchase, but believing I would buy a a specific used vehicle, it had a little high mileage which made me a little worried. Tom sent me home with the possible payments and all the information. I emailed a few questions later that evening, and he answered again in a timely manner. The second day, I went in and had a little melt down with information overload, in regards to the warranty information, and prices at other dealerships, I finally asked about a new vehicle, and Tom came back with a 2013 Toyota Corolla, the price was just a little more, but it only has 35 miles on it, as opposed to my 266663 miles. Again, he answered all my questions, double checked anything he wasnt positive about. He also worked with finance, more that a few times to give me various quotes so I could decide if and what amount to put down. Finally I decided, that this new Corolla was a better deal than the used vehicle I had been looking at, especially in regards to the warranty information, so that is what I went with and I could not be happier. I have not yet had buyers remorse I know in huge part because of Tom Schreier. He really was a part of the process the entire way. I am so glad that I went with Toyota again, so glad that I went with Jeff Wyler, and exceptionally happy that Tom Schreier worked with me. I would defiantly refer Tom and Jeff Wyler to any friend that was looking for a vehicle. Thank you Jeff Wyler. And SO MANY thanks to Tom Schreier! ***

My honest review of my buying experience with Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville: Dustin Bledsoe was my saleman and he was great. Dustin was cordial, nice, and attentive without being overbearing which is not an easy feat. He did a great job and I wouldnt mind going to him in the future to get another car. But I did not have a pleasant experience with Jeremy Knox, the Floor Manager. The very first time I inquired about the Tacoma was through Autotrader. Jeremy was the first person I spoke to from the dealership. He called me back when I inquired through Autotrader. He informed me about the truck and all of its features, price, mileage, etc. I specifically asked if this Tacoma had the upgraded JBL sound package, to which he replied yes. Fast forward a couple of weeks, I am in Louisville Kentucky for work. I took an Uber to your dealership since I knew you had this truck and I had some free time that week since I had a short work week. Met with Dustin, did the test drive, everything was great. I looked behind the back seats and what do I find? Empty storage, which means it did not have the upgraded JBL system. So there was the first lie I was told from Jeremy. When we came to the negotiations of the price, Jeremy, Dustin, and I sat around a table and discussed the price. Jeremy told me that the Certified Pre Owned warranty was worth the money since it would add additional miles and years to the Powertrain Warranty of the original manufacturer warranty, which it does. I did not see the value in it, until Jeremy told me the CRAWL control feature would be covered by the Powertrain Warranty. Since I knew this was a new feature on the Tacomas, I bit and agreed. After I took home the truck, I wanted to make sure that what I was told about the warranty was true. I contacted Toyota to make sure the Powertrain Warranty covers the CRAWL control feature. What did I find out? Nope, it sure doesnt. I have attached the email from Toyota stating that the CRAWL control is NOT covered by the Powertrain Warranty, it is only covered by the original bumper to bumper 36,000 mile warranty. So that is the second lie I was told by Jeremy. Now I get it, its a dealership and their job is to sell cars. I guess I was relying too much on the reviews Ive read online and trustworthiness I felt from Dustin. I thought thisr dealership was different and had honest, straight forward employees that truly want the customer to have a great experience. I hate the fact that I was lied to...twice. Before I shook Jeremys hand on the price, he wanted me to write a review about my experience with Jeff Wyler. To hold up my end of the deal, I am writing this review of my experience. Buyer Beware!

This place is awful! They will tell you anything to get you there, then the sharks go to work on you. They have very convincing and sly tactics with their pens and little pads they crunch numbers on. There are hidden fees, so be aware! After several calls to me, they negotiated and pleaded with me to come in and finish my 3 year lease with them even though there was 2 months remaining. The sales guy got approval from his manager (the managers sales stage behind the glass door) to buy out the last 2 months of my lease, if I came in that day to either buy the truck out right or trade it in for a new truck. I clarified with them several times before I made the trip over, and it was a go. At the end of the day I trudged through an hour of rush hour traffic to get there to finish the deal. When I got there, sat down, the sales guy said they changed the deal. I had the manager come out, and while he said he was embarrassed, and was aware they made that pledge to me, they couldnt do it. ("Im really sorry, but we cant take a hit like that taking my last two 450.00 payments) The sales guy was humiliated that he was not backed up. He said "boss we told this guy we could do the deal" Further more the sales guys tacked on a $2,000 early lease termination and maintenance fee for either buying or trading the truck in.(umm I never wanted to terminate anything, it was an offer your dealer made to me) So the amount they tell you, what you will owe at the end of the lease, is actually more. This should be disclosed when you lease the truck to expect a surcharge for the paper work that has to go down. HOWEVER, if i go through the Toyota online, there are no charges or fees like this. This place has changed, and is nothing but a Shark tank with hungry employees who are cut throat and will do anything to sell a car or truck. The manager who made the mistake, never even called to apologize that I made a 2 hour trip in rush hour on a friday evening to discover they would not honor a deal they made. What a joke this place is. This is my 3rd Vehicle from them, and TOM Schrier, who is not there anymore, a great employee, leased 3 of my business partners trucks cause I referred them (away from f250s) They just lost a great customer and didnt seem to care-less.
