I wish I had never gone there. I dont say this to be hurtful, but in the short time Ive owned my jaguar s-type It has been in the shop 6 times. The first 4 I took it to the shop they told me to, but after the engine blew around month 3 and I was told I wouldnt be able to talk to anyone at Carter and Anderson till next week I took it to someone I could trust. They told me that this was a problem that should have caught by the dealership or at least the mechanics they recommended. When I finally got a hold of Carter and Anderson they gave me some hard luck speech about I should have got a hold of them earlier. This car has cost me time and over $5000.00 I dont have. So my parents took a lean on there house (god bless them) and now its like making 2 payments every month for the car. Its caused stress in my marriage lost time at work and lets just say it will be rough Christmas for the family.

I could not be more pleased with my comfort level in purchasing a vehicle from Carter and Anderson. They are just plain and simple, good folks. As a customer, I like to have an expert present to ask questions but also the space to be able to "kick the tires" so to speak. There was absolutely zero pressure and I felt like I had a good feel for the history of the vehicle, including a free copy of the Car Fax Report. I also like and appreciate their website as this allows me time to research inventory before I go to the location. I currently have a need for another vehicle and will have no hesitations about becoming a repeat customer. I also do not have any hesitations about referring friends to Carter and Anderson.

Full Disclosure: I actually worked for these guys for several years while I was in college. Over the years I observed them sell hundreds of cars, the bulk of which were to repeat customers or referrals from repeat customers. I have always felt that they treated customers fairly and always did what they said they would do. Since my time there I have purchased several cars from them and recommended countless friends and family members to Carter & Anderson. Both Ronnie & Mike have always taken care of anybody I have sent them. They will continue to be my first choice when it comes to recommending an honest care dealer.

Bought a car in April 2010 - it was in perfect condition. Unfortunately someone hit me as I drove it off the lot. Not the dealerships fault at all (the other driver was at fault). Carter and Anderson came out, called the police, took pictures, and were extremely helpful. They even recommended a body shop to us that did incredible work. The car has had zero issues since then and we have been extremely happy. This is the fourth or fifth vehicle I have bought from them and I have not had a single issue with any of them.

Great experience buying from these guys. They were VERY professional and extremely easy to work the deal with them. Hassle free and no pressure from them at all - it was almost like they were working for ME instead of them trying to sell a vehicle! I will absolutely look to them the next time I am in the market for another vehicle.
