Well, just to start this off, I have NEVER wrote a review on anyone nor anything. Ive never been inclined to write negative, or positive for that matter, about anything. So, the fact that Im even doing this speaks for itself. This particular visionworks is staffed by the most incompetent group I have ever had to deal with. Every single time I have dealt with them, it has ended terrible but this time that Im STILL dealing with is a dang nightmare! We will start with me calling in Aug or Sept to make an appointment and ended up cancelling. Well, i reschedule for a month or so later and I get all the way there, which is an hour away and they explain that they tried to call me but that my kids couldnt be seen that day due to the fact that their insurance is saying that they had already been preauthorized back at my first appointment.. which I DID NOT make it to. Okay... well its Sunday at that point, VSP is closed so we cant call to see whats going on. They tell me they will call me Monday and let me know its fixed to reschedule again. No call Monday, or Tuesday.. I call them back in 2 WEEKS! Still no resolution. Im assured AGAIN a phone call in a day or two. Do you think I got that call? Of course I didnt. So, I wait another week or two and call and they say how sorry they are and that theyll fix it and call me. I gave her 2 days and called back and voila! Its fixed! Yay!! I, of course, make an appointment. My daughter is needing her glasses so badly that I didnt care that they had messed up so often, They had the preauthorization and I needed to be seen asap! So, my daughter and I go in to be seen. Well, my appointment is first. Im paying cash so I honestly didnt think bothing to it. 5 mins into my appointment a rude lady interrupts and states that shy is my daughter getting glasses again when it hasnt been a year since she had them last time?? Which my daughter was on another insurance in March when she got her first pair of glasses. Again, the problem wasnt fixed. She compromises by saying my daughters eye prescription isnt a year old and go ahead and let my daughter pick out her frames and when they fix the issue we wont have to drive the 30 mins ro come back and be seen. That was last Saturday. Today is Thursday. Theres been excuses ALL WEEK LONG. Long story short. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I love visionworks but this one is JUST GOD AWFUL. Hopefully my poor daughter gets her glasses soon so she can see the board and stuff at school.

Ive never felt compelled a write a negative review on any business, but after stopping in 3 times to for help on a rebate Ive hit my breaking point. It started with a basic eye exam with Dr. Ramolia in September 2015 where I paid for my exam and went home with trial contacts which gave me shoty vision and an uncomfortable fit. I gave my eyes a few days to acclimate, but it didnt help. At that point I was done with them because Ive never had a prescription be so off. In the mean time my wife had a good experience with Dr. Cooper so I decided to give them another shot. Unfortunately when I went back in to set the appointment (in Decemper) I was given a difficult time for requesting Dr. Cooper. Ultimately I had my appointment with Dr. Cooper, was very pleased and ordered my contacts knowing I could change them if the new trials werent correct. All was well, picked up my contacts the following week and life went on....until it was rebate time. Because my initial visit was in September the Cooper Vision rebate site said my rebate had expired (90 days from initial visit), even though I purchased my contacts on the prescription date. I visited the store twice asking for help, only asking for a document with my prescription date showing I had a re-check on my exam, and at one point was accused of trying to commit both insurance fraud and violate hipaa regulations by an older woman who works at the front desk. Dr. Ramolia also happened to be there at my first attempt and said, "Im pretty sure we called you multiple times after your first visit so maybe you should be more proactive." To that I wanted to say, "Hey Dr. Ramolia, how do you know I wasnt traveling for an extended period of time and was unable to come in. OR if you wouldnt have messed up my exam the first time I could have done it in a timely manner." Ultimately we spoke to a nice gentleman who simply gave us what we needed without issue. My suggestion to VisionWorks would be to coach Dr. Ramplia and the older lady up front on how to handle basic needs of customers in a friendly manner. This shouldnt have been complicated. Its a shame that my impression has been so tainted because of a few individuals. Dr. Cooper and at least 4 of the team members on the showroom floor were great. 5 stars for them, but the worst customer service experience Ive ever had by Dr. Ramolia and her counterpart upfront.

Very friendly people who dont have a clue what they are doing. Totally incompetent. FOUR hours to get 3 eye exams and 2 pairs on glasses and no it wasnt because we were waiting to take home the glasses. Just found out today that they either messed up my eye exam, ordered the wrong contacts, or did both. Im not sure as I have spoken to FOUR different folks and been told several different things. Asked for a refund and was told no. They are not able to handle gas perm contacts....and Im guessing it is not only because of lack of knowledge but because they simply do not make money off these lenses like they do the soft daily wear. My ONE pair will last 3-5 years...total cost is less than $200. So I wait another two weeks to see if they can get it right when all I want is a refund so I can go some place that knows what they are doing. When we first went in I was told they just had a total turnover in staff...I should have run out then! Drive past this this place to LensCrafters or heck, even Wal-Mart.

Good friendly professionals that are thorough in all they do! This was my second due time for glasses with them. My present pair mysteriously broke in my hand as I was selecting new frames. As for being my only pair, the team went the extra mile to find a workable frame to have glasses for the now in this emergency situation at half price! Thank you Visionworks for all of your care of my glasses needs! Youre the best!

Customer service is horrible. Not the place you would want to go if you want to deal with decent people. They dont even know or understand their own promotions going on, and will give you incorrect pricing and information when asked. Its no wonder they have more 1 star ratings than anything else, the lone 5 star rating is probably one of their employees.

Friendly staff took good care of me. I broke my glasses (purchased overseas), and figured Id just go there to get a new pair. Its been a few years since an eye exam, so probably should do that too. They got me setup, and while I was waiting - they fixed my original pair of glasses. For Free! Cant argue with that.
