I have been a contact wearer for the last 24 years. I have used my current brand of contacts for the last five. After fitting me with 4 different brands of (expensive) contacts over the last 7 months, Dr. Jimenez will not let me order Pro-Clears from 1800 Contacts without her ordering them first and letting me try them through her office and then visit her yet ANOTHER time. She is required by law to release my prescription, which she will do if I visit her office (AGAIN) to obtain it. Never in my life have I had so much trouble having a prescription released. I cant help but wonder if this is all a scam so she can continue to bill my insurance for every follow-up visit, or if shes really this compulsive about making sure her patients have perfectly fitting lenses. I wont be back to her office -- ever.

I have been to 3 different eye doctors before having Dr Jimenez recommended to me. I was very impressed with the time she spent and the extensive examination she done. She was able to diagnose some of the problems with my eyes that the other doctors had not found. She is having me too treat some of my eye problems with drops and my other problems can be corrected with the prescription glasses. Dr Jimenez took time to help me pick out frames and she explained the problems I have with my eyes so that I understood what was wrong. I definitely would recommend her and give her a 5+ star rating.

I have seen Dr. Jiminez since I was a kid and now I take my son to her as well. She has always been incredibly nice and understanding. She works great with kids and adults alike. She has always taken time to make sure we were satisfied, whether that be taking the time to answer a worried moms questions or ordering a frame in a different color multiple times to make sure my son had the glasses he really wanted. I would recommend every family switch to her!!!

Dr. Jimenez and her staff at Landmark Eye Care are wonderful. They are friendly, down to earth and fun to talk to. Dr. Jimenez is a wealth of knowledge about vision health, and she is great at explaining what is happening in each step of the exam. She is so down to earth and easy to converse with that I often find myself and other patients hanging out and chatting with her and her assistants well after the exam is finished. Go there.{:)

Lithia Jimenez is wonderfully patient, caring, and attentive. She spent a great deal of time with my 12-year-old son and answered all kinds of questions thoroughly. The service by everyone in the office was far above and beyond the necessary. Best of all, Jimenez is extremely knowledgeable about the human eye. Ive never been to a better eye doctor, and Ive been to many, all over the country.

Wonderful! Wonderful! I have never been more happy with my eye care than I am with Dr. Jimenez! She is very thorough and is not in a rush. She takes time to listen and to examine you extensively. I cannot say enough about her and her staff! I trust my eyes with her, as well as my husbands and my 2 childrens eyes. If you are looking for eye care, have no reservations! She is great!

Lithia is great, she is super thorough. Ive never felt pushed to buy anything. I even explained to her that i wanted to buy glasses elsewhere, they were more then happy to give me the prescription and all my measurements. I just took my kids in and they both liked her a bunch as well.
