Horrible Experience..the Lady at desk was rude, not even a smile, acted like we were bothering her just for being there. Unfriendly, waited over an hour, never got the chance to see a doctor. She made us feel unwanted there first off then wanted us to make an appt, after we told her we called first and the nice gentlemen told us to come on in before 2. We got there at 12:30. Waited like she told us too. Then she calls me up saying my insurance will not reinburse us so with that said, it detered us from getting the eye exam. On our way home, I called back via insurance and they stated they would have reinburst us for the exam because our vision plan was on a noncontracting basis. We just felt because it was after 2, she wanted us to leave..We were the last clients sitting there by the way. Doctors may have been wonderful, but well never know because we are now taking our business elsewhere. They just lost 4 patients because we are a family of four. If you work with customers treat them like you would want to be treated no matter who it is..The receptionist just looked like she hated her job. She got paid for being there. We didnt but we waited like she told us too for over an hour. Bad Service.

The wait can be a little longer than you want, but Dr. Nichols rocks! She takes the time to actually be a friend and doctor to all of her clients. She treats my family like we were her family. She is the best that you will find in this area!

Great experience. Kelly Dolihite was kind and helpful. I had to return my glasses to remove blue screen filter. She gave me no problem and even let me use my glasses until my new ones came. I give you a A+

Amazingly bad service, paid a lot of $$$ for glasses and it took MONTHS to get them right. They had to be sent back several times to be recut, bad polishing, wrong material used etc.
