This is not a pawn shop, it is a shark tank. They prey on individuals who are in financial crisis. The manager Maria is unprofessional, inconsistent with policy and abuses her position to aide those she chooses to help. I would go as far as saying that if you are not Mexican, this is the pawn shop to avoid. I have never been treated with such level of disrespect. New management at this store is definitely needed. If you are in need, find another place to go. I would not shop there to buy from them, because I know that I am buying the items of people who have been victims of a loan shark who practices open racism. Maria, you and your team should be ashamed of yourself. How do you sleep at night?

Called to see how much they would give me if I pawned something. The first lady didnt know what I was talking about after I explained to her the item and gave her the model # I was trying to pawn she told me she could give me $30. The 2nd lady talked down to me. She lied and said she had the same item in the shop for a cheaper. I bought it online for $550 a month ago. Even online they are still selling them for around $500 and used for around $400 I was asking for $100. I went to the store and they didnt even have the one I was trying to pawn or nothing similar to it. So she lied dont waste your time

Low ballers af. They tried to give me 25 bucks for a brand new 14 pc craftsman air tool kit cuz "overstock" has it for 55. Hello everone is selling it for 220 n tryed to give me 20 bucks for my violin.. uhm no. I paid 2k for. N den again i was stupid eough to go back n tryed to sell my one week old 50 inch tv. I paid 500 n dey wanted to give 75. Wtf is wrong with them. I mean it feels like they spend more then they sell anyways. Shut them down.

This place is a corrupt corporate place! Stay the heck away!! They low ball you on everything!! Tell me well thats all you will probably get! I took it to another place a small independent place and they gave me what I asked for! Stay away!! It was a flat screen Sony 55 inch. And it was for a loan and didnt what a lot but needed more then they where offering!!

I went to the EZ Pawn across from target in Waukegan. Bobbie was great. She explained to me the process and gave me a very fair price for my item. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone who needs some quick cash or is just looking to get rid of items laying around.

The older guy that works there got frustrated with me because I questioned how they test gold because I also have a gold test kit. He became belligerent and lied saying none of my pieces were gold and refused to do business with me.

They gave me 120 for a PS4 and three games plus the camera. They some lil hoes. Dont go to this store if you want close to reasonable money for your item. Btw this was around the time black ops 3 came out. Maybe two months after
