Dont be fooled by smiling faces and pleasant attitudes. They sold me a $300 cellphone that was still under someone elses contract per T Mobile who ran the serial number. I had the phone for exactly 28 days when the service was interrupted/shut down for non payment. Although i pay each month for service the cellphone itself was still being financed under someone elses name. I took the phone back to EZ pawn/Capital Pawn. They told me because I didnt purchase a warranty there was nothing they could do. No exchange or partial refund was offered. When i purchased the phone they never explain the possibility that something like that could happen or even offered me a warranty just in case something like that did happen. The only difference between buying from them & buying stolen goods from a guy off the street is that they have a license to do it!

Super management! BJ, Alan & Seth are a great team. Too bad they are always short handed. Very helpful & knowledgeable about all the items they sell. Sunglasses, jewelry, watches, game systems, computers, guitars, guns & tools! They have made me great deals on an iPod, speakers, two Fossil watches, an opal ring & sunglasses. They always have new things coming out daily. It is disappointing they dont buy purses or cell phones anymore due to so many knock offs & people pawning cell phones & then reporting them "stolen".

Bought a nice bike the other day. Love it already. But the staff are very rude and ignorant. They turned down a rare $300 Henri Bendel bag because they thought they couldnt sell it. And then tried to undercut me for recent tablet. . . Typical pawn shop behavior. But the man in charge is so rude. Im not sure why but hes defensive with every question that is asked. You cant ask a damn thing without getting an attitude from him. Shop at your own risk and dont settle. Im going to eBay. I can make more than theyre offering.

I was in need of some quick cash, I found this place (Capital Pawn) and decided to give it a try. they lent me a fair amount of money for my item. then I had a emergency and had to move 6 hours away! Brad and Alan helped me get threw this rough patch I was going threw. 5* for BRAD n ALAN!!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!
