Worst experience ever! I was a loyal customer who spent thousands of dollars there in 2014-2016 then that all changed until new management appeared. The management team from Mundelein came into this store shortly after they closed the store in fall of 2015. They priced themselves out and Round Lake Beach store is following that same path. The prices are supposed to be 50-80% off retail prices, like their advertisements and radio ads say "Dont pay retail", and they are not. Then the saddest part there is the employees hold stuff for themselves, buy it with their employee discounts, and post it on the Apps like Offer Up, 5Miles, and Letgo. The media they stock (movies, games, and records) are all garbage and scratched up...buyers beware!!! On video games the prices change daily, because nothing is priced. Whereas everything else is....total BS!! Ill support Alexanders Pawn Shop or Todds Pawn Shop before I go into EZ Pawn again.

Robyn, an employee at this location had taken personal information of me and my daughter and posted it on social media as hate out of spite and jealousy. Its alarming to me because she was a friend for years and she put a picture of my daughter up on her Instagram and said lies about me. Who knows what other personal information she steals from people and exploits. Dont recommend going her because she is ruthless. Using an image of my 5 month old daughter as hate against me. And yes. I was a customer here. Will no longer be and I will gladly pass around my story until she takes down my photo.

Would give less than one star if I could. Went to sell my diamond earring and they only offered me 7 dollars. Took it to Alexanders and they offered me 35. And they wont negotiate on items for sale. They kept telling me I would have to wait a month before they could knock 10 dollars off the price. Will not return here.

I am not going to say i love this place. But i will say they are here if you want to make a quick buck. Just be EXTREMELY CAREFUL if choosing to buy Electronics from them. ALLOT OF ELECTRONICS COME AS IS. And usually that is not in great shape.

This place sucks. They try to scam you and for some reason they felt the need to take a picture of me never going back there again if you need to sell something try to sell it yourself or go to a different pawn shop
