All the staff and management have been very very helpful with setting up my new i-phone 6plus, but especially Gabriel!!! They recognize what a big decision picking a new smart phone can be, and took a lot of time to explain all the features of every phone. In the end, I couldnt be happier with my choice of the I-phone 6 plus! My favorite thing about it is the outstanding camera! Ive been back several times to get a new Bluetooth/Headset and a new case, cause I lost the adapter on the old case.... Gabriel took the time to clean my phone install the new case and new screen protector, which he clearly is a pro at! (Im sure would have taken me 3 times longer, and wouldnt have turned out half as perfect) He even ran updates on my phone while I was there! All this extra services at no cost and at the expense of their own time! Thats the kind of "good-old-fashioned" customer service thats so hard to find anywhere these days! Thanks again to Gabriel and the outstanding staff at At&t Round Lake!

I would like to advise all to stay away from this store some of the reps here makes false statements about products and promotions and will even add insurance on to a device even if you say you dont want the insurance. The rep will even lie to your face about what was explained to you, once you find out what they said about a promotion was false. Please visit an official AT&T store and not these shams here at this location. I reported these guy to corporate because I dont want to see any one else beat out of money or make an decision to change providers under false terms. I will like to add that an official At&t rep was able to help me and we worked things out and again please stay away from these bums at this location.

I cant speak for everyone elses experiences with different reps which held me back at first for giving this place 5 stars. However, these 5 stars are specifically for Gabriel T. He was easy going, friendly and was professional. He had respect for my concerns we moved quickly with what I needed. I dont have AT&T Wireless but went to them for U-Verse just due to Comcast Rates sky rocketing. So Im sure, some hold feelings to that of AT&T as a whole, in which yes I can agree the customer service/support is no better than Comcast. But anyways Gabriels great and while hes there my business stays, very true to his word and is great with follow-up.

Ramon was great very pleased with him. Few months later the new manager felt really cold and unwilling to help just told me I was out of luck maybe apple can help me. It felt like she was accusing me of stealing a phone I have 17 lines with them. I am running a business definitely am no longer pleased with at@t and will most likely change carriers paying a bit more for better customer service is definitely priceless.

We went in today to add a new line. Wow. Just fantastic guys there. They were so helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend this ATT store to anyone. 5 stars isnt enough. Id give them 10!! Keep up the good work guys! Edgar, you are a gem. Thank you so much.
