Where to start... I went to this location to start a new line of service. In the process I was also canceling a current line I had on my wifes service to be more cost efficient. When I asked if I was going to have to pay the back bill the guy working said if I canceled before a specific date I wouldnt have to. Got the new phone, got the service set up, easy breezy. When I called Sprint to cancel the phone I was informed that it couldnt cancel until after the next billing cycle. I informed them what the store had told me and they said since there wasnt any notes they couldnt honor what I was told. Naturally, I was irritated I was going to have to pay for something I wasnt expecting. When I called the store to have the issue resolved they attempted to call Sprint again and do the same thing I had done. No results again. Now, a month later, I am still battling this issue. The store manager, Roderick, claimed to have lost my information. He knew the situation and claimed he thought I was talking about another line (not the one we had discussed multiple times). He tried to make me feel like the bad guy by saying he was working on the issue during his vacation. He asked for my social security number and read it back to me aloud in a store with other people in the room. Do not do business with this store. They are unprofessional. They are not worth the headache. This is not a slam on Sprint as a service provider. They are a great provider. If i could give no stars I would.

Went into this location and asked a female employee Shantell if she could pull up my information by the pin number i created online from an approved application i had done, i was told she couldnt. I gave her my ss# and was also told she found nothing. ..never asking for assistance from anyone in the store. So disappointed i left. Called right back as i was driving away and Robert answered who told me that they indeed could look up the 6 digit pin i created. I asked if he was a manager after he explain thathat he could not check personal info over the phone he immediately went into defense mode and told me no he wasnt but i would get the same answer being the policy is always the same. So true!! I asked him if he would listen and hear me out instead i suggested better training of some team members who arent knowledgeable as i could have completed the process in the store if i wasnt given incorrect information.there was no attempt made to futher assist me in this store. As for Robert learn how to listen to a customer before making assumptions while you knew policy and do and donts you dont how how to let the your customer finish what they say befor getting offensive. Willing to try a different sales rep. In the future

I am writing this as a business owner I just switched 4 lines over to Sprint from Att just a few days ago. I was told by two employees that I would not be charged a activation charge since I was importing lines from another carrier. If I was charged I was supposed to call sprint and they would take off the charges. Guess what I just got off the phone and was told a lie too. So note to this Sprint store You need to get your employees on the same page on store policies and not tell customers one thing and then do something totally opposite. Its bad for business. Please get it together because that is false advertisment.

The google user who commented saying the guy was an idiot im positive is probably an employee! YOU GUYS SUCKKKKKKKK!!!! Go work at Mcdonalds with that attitude!

Dont waste your time with this store. The Store Manager at this location doesnt even know Sprints own return policy, which is right on the Sprint website. When I called Sprint Customer Service to straighten it out, they suggested I go back in the store, and show her the "Sprint Returns Policy" page on their website? Uh, not my job to train their employees. Some companies are just too poorly run to do business with. Sprint sucks.

My advice: If you are setting up a new account or buying anything just go in the store. I recently switched from att and started online but I had a bunch of unanswered questions so I went to the store and started from scratch. So just save your time and go in store. The reps are friendly and helpful. Yes, I did have a little wait but when I walked out everything was setup right and working and thats what really counts in my book.

My experience here was horrible. I feel like the sales associate took advantage of the fact that we were there with two children and had to wait close to two hours, so by the time we were done we were just ready to hurry up and leave. He added a lot of things such as insurance and $80 worth of glass protectors to our account without telling us. It was terrible customer service.

I came into the Sprint store on Airport on Monday because of issue with my iCloud, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and was helped right away . Ive been with them for 4 years now and my experience has always been awesome. Every employee seem to have great energy and patience with every customer and is always so willing to help and get problems solved .

To the previous poster, youre an idiot. Instead of driving all the way to the store, why didnt you just call the 800 number. Idiot. I have great service with sprint and common sense. Cell phones and idiots dont mix.

Do not believe theyre latest promotion. The store sent me to the coprotae website to upload my bill. The website sent me back to the store. Poor service and a long wait for nothing.
