Jose is a liar!!! Went there in March and purchased 4 lines. We turned in 2 iPhones to get 2 new ones and a new Samsung phone which he said would be credited back to my account. That was fine and has happened. It all went downhill when he talked me into getting myself a new iPhone 7 that he said I did not need to turn in my existing phone and he would give me the new one for free also. This never happened and now I am being charged for this phone that I did not even need. Second, he said that we would own the phones after 17 months...not true there is still a balance for all of the phones that can be paid off or continue with a monthly charge. The only thing that ends in 17 months is the monthly credit given for each phone received. Another issue is that Jose said we had to pay either sales tax or buy accessories equalling the the amount of tax....total lie! Now when I call they dont answer, or tell me Liam (manager will call back). They NEVER do!

I was an AT&T customer for many years and was hesitant to switch to another carrier. I was sold on Sprint after meeting with Brennan Pierce from the Rte 83 Round Lake IL store after visiting other carrier stores in the area. Brennan was not only knowledgeable and detail focused on making this transfer of 3 phones to a new family plan with all new equipment easy and efficient, he also showed great confidence in his team that anyone would provide the same great experience. Even at the busiest time in the store, and while assisting multiple patrons when necessary, I still felt like a valued customer and never rushed as each and every one of my questions was answered completely. I am very happy that I made the switch and would absolutely recommend Sprint as a carrier but this team sealed the deal for me!!!

Terrible experience, i had returned a note s7 due to safety reasons. They charged my bill 700 dollars for the phone i returned to THEM! because the warehouse did not receive it and it is under investigation...thats great but i am still out 700 dollars, completely drained our bank account and put us in negative...but sprint seems to be fine with this...its okay to have a family with 2 kids and be negative cause they are going to reimburse me as soon as they can... 3 to 5 buisness days...hey sprint, lets see you go 3 to 5 buisness days with no money and 2 kids! This is a complete outrage, i will be seeking legal advice and switching sevices asap!!!

I love this place! It is the only Sprint store I recommend to anyone who uses that carrier. The staff are extremely helpful and do everything possible to resolve your problem that day. If the techs are unavailable, the floor staff are very knowledgeable and do their best to help. I have never had a bad experience here, nor walked away with my problem not taken care of. Believe me, Im hard on phones! The only Sprint store I will ever go to.

Nick and bob r the best. I had problems setting up my new iPhone and I came to the store and nick and bob helped me out, it took over an 1 1/2 hrs. Bob called to check on the progress of my numbers being switched over, wasnt done and bob took it into his hands until it was completed successfully. I have been in the store since then to purchase 2 more iPhone6 plus. Very happy with the service and wouldnt go anywhere else. Tricia Tyriver

terrible customer service. 2-3 employees working with one customer and others including myself not being helped. I stood in the store for 20 mins while these same three employees worked with oneach customer. said nothing to me till requested to buy a phone. I was going to go to sprint to join my wifes plan but most likely will stick with At&t and bring my wifes plan there. get your act together sprint RLB

I went in bc my phone had broken. I was expecting it to no go so well based on the person i had spoken too from sprints customer service. I was actually pleasantly surprised. A young gal named Gabby helped get a new phone through sprints insurance. She also helped me pick out a new phone for a second line, which i wouldnt have even gotten a new line if she wasnt helpful. A+ experience.

I went into the store a couple times after me and my family started service and we always get greeted with a smile by the sales rep Diego Gomez who has helped us since the start and every time we leave there we leave happy knowing all of our issues get resolved, such a great person to have in the store we highly recommend him and this store to anyone looking for sprint service!!

One thing I absolutely hate is walking into stores where they drag to help me but as soon as i walked into the sprint store in round lake Diego Gomez greeted me at the door. He was super friendly and helped me resolve my connection issues I was in and out with no hesitation I will definitely come to Diego when Im having issues with my phone. He was amaizing!!!!!

My phone was having problems, a guy named Diego Gomez helped me out and completely fixed my phone the first time I went in.the second time I went in, my service was acting up I didnt know what to do. The same guy explained things very well and did everything to fix it. Very young polite, intelligent guy. Wouldnt go to any other person.

Bob was amazing at helping me out. He helped greatly in clarifying what the other store did wrong with me trying to get a new phone! I now have a new phone and I love it! Everyone at the store was amazing at helping me and many other customers. Manager is also hilarious, and everyone was great with my son, 7, who was getting anxious.

I had horrible service with T-Mobile for 4 years and I finally went to Sprint and I had the pleasure of dealing with Diego and Gabby who made my switch over to Spring so amazing and easy and I am so unbelievably happy and will be forever greatful!!! Thank you so much guys for your great work!!!!!

Gabby was extremely helpful in upgrading my phone. I was having storage issues with my HTC so she helped me upgrade to the newest galaxy s7 which has removable storage so I shouldnt have any issues anymore with not having space on my phone. Definitely recommend the Round Lake Store for service.

Bad day for Sprint worse day for me.What happend to this store use to be great..stellar. Not anymore ! Left not buying squat...Im elligle for a discount.What a laugh $200 for what ? Because that which YOU sold me isnt worth anything. WHAT A SCAM !
