Most important: this store is NOT open till 9:00. They are open till 8:00. Sadly, I got a group of girlfriends together to stop by after dinner tonight. A couple of us had been and gotten everyone excited about it. We arrived a few minutes before 8:00 and found the doors locked. We were told they closed at 8:00. They were aware that the hours listed on google said till 9:00, they are the only Charming Charlie that closes at 8:00, and they informed us that their website has correct info. Really disappointed, we watched lucky shoppers that were inside shop for about 10 minutes before we finally left. :-( Having shopped at another Charming Charlie location, I know the chain itself is very neat. I love the color coordination and style of the place. This location really disappointed me though. Seeing at least two other shoppers leisurely perusing when we were turned away made it that much more frustrating...

This ditzy blonde girl who rung me out was the most annoying and rude thing ever. A manager had to be brought up because she couldnt seem to comprehend my return. I even heard her talk about another employee as soon as that girl walked way. So catty. I try to avoid this location if possible. The jewelry is all cheap Chinese crap too. Literally every thing Ive ever gotten from there says "made in China" I bought a small clutch there and had to return it a few weeks later because the snaps broke! Ugh, such poor quality.

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about products and are really helpful at matching colors and items. I had a wonderful celebration event today and most of my friends who came for the first time said it will definitely not be their last visit! #Thanks to the ladies in the Orland store for an awesome afternoon!

I love the organization of the store (grouped by color) but was not blown away by the quality. It is all costume jewelry and poorly made at that. The price of the merchandise was not worth it. (Good for a night out, but not daily wear.)

Yes nice atmosphere helpful peoples that work in the store. I still receive a great discount on sale items without any coupons or special codes to shop.
