The one thing you expect when you go into a Charming Charlie is he great customer service. I was so disappointed at the Hillside location. No polite greeting. No offer of assistance. No offer for a basket or asked if I wanted my items to be held at the register. All the things I find synonymous with Charming Charlie. I waited almost 10 minutes at the register before I left. And in all that time, I was never spoken to by the women on duty. A horrible experience. I will have to go to Lombard or Orland Park for my accessories.

Love this store! My last trip there (this week) I had a very nice customer service experience. I was in the store for 30 min+ looking at EVERYTHING. I was asked if I was still doing OK several times (but not too many) and when I needed help the gals were more than happy to assist. This is the best place to buy great costume jewelry, hands down.
