he jewelry is way overpriced, and about on par with the quality of Claires. Their customer service is terrible, their refund procedures completely inadequate. In order to get a refund, you must get the order back to them within 30 days of original purchase. This is made significantly easier by receiving the jewelry about 25 days after original purchase. The only instructions on the receipt say to submit any requests for returns within 30 days, and not to complete returns through the person who sold to you. When I mailed back my overpriced face, cheap-looking jewelry (which I ordered only because the party was being hosted in my honor, and the set was a hostess-only purchase. My local provider told me it would be easy to return if I didnt like them, and not easy to purchase if it wasnt that day. She was wrong.), I got a call that I needed an original form that Id never seen, and finally was told that I couldnt get a refund anyway because they received it more than 30 days after the purchase. I kept a few pieces from them. One I kept because it only cost me $10, and it looks like a $10 piece of jewelry. The clasp isnt even metal; its plastic. So is most of the necklace. Shiny silver-coated plastic, with beads I sometimes buy at JoAnns or Craft Warehouse. The list price is $80. I regret ever buying anything from them and Im never going to a jewels by park lane party again. They took $200 from me.

Because the "Jewelry" party was at a friends house, I went and ordered a pair of earrings, which upon delivery, I discovered I am highly allergic to. Their "Jewelry" is made of inferior material, which they call "Jewelers Metal." When I asked about metal content at the party, they made no mention of gold or silver, only Jewelers metal. The earrings were delivered to me nearly 4 weeks after placing the order. I told my hostess that I wanted a refund; she contacted the sales rep, who wanted to have me exchange for something else. Today I went on line, to discover that I am just past the 30 day refund window. I dont want to exchange for anything else which they might have. Park Lane is highly overpriced. They present a sales pitch encouraging people to buy multiple pieces for a discount. They do have some pieces that have more appeal, but those are reserved for hostess incentives. What a bummer, $45 wasted. Better to go to your local jeweler, on line, or high-end department store for quality.

Ill never do business with Park Lane Jewelry again. I planned to wear the jewelry I ordered for my wedding, but they never came. The consultant never got me my order or contacted me. I called and emailed her for a few months, but nothing. It was like she took my money and ran. Corporate couldnt find her or any consultant in my state. In the end I wanted my money back. I was told it was take my jewelry or nothing, as it had taken too long to resolve. It took months to get my order from corporate, after everything. I was also told the jewelry had a lifetime warranty. But I wasnt told as the consumer, I foot the bill to get it to them and back to me; that is if they bother to fix it all. EDIT: To top everything off, I had a consultant bash me and tell me that this was not Park Lane Jewelrys problem. I wasnt saying it was. I was just telling my experience to let others know more about this company.

I would assume this business was of ethical and professional standards but I came across a post from young women who worked at one of your establishments. Her response on this post was not only disrespectful but consisted of hatred and discrimination. Im appalled that you would employ such an individual and question If this is common practice of your employees. This women did not have regard for human life when she made his statement and as her employer if this doesnt make you uncomfortable when you sleep at night you are just as responsible as she is!

I love Park Lanes jewelry! I have made many purchases from my representative and I have been totally satisfied. The rewards for hosting parties are amazing! You can get FREE jewelry! Some items may seem expensive, but you can get those items for cheap as I have done in the past, so it makes it worth it! I have never had a problem with customer service either. One of my pieces broke and I followed the steps and got it replaced with no problems. Its nice that the jewelry is guaranteed for life :)

Took a chance with this company and no one even in my state sells. I am totally thrilled with the quality of the jewelry and have numerous compliments on what I where from the kit. I am ordering more. Cant wait to share the opportunity with others and build this business here in my state. WooHoo!! Customer service is very sweet and helpful. I even had a direct email from CEOs daughter welcoming to the company.

Way, way, way, way overpriced, cheap and poor quality, DIsappointed with the quality and customer service - FORGET IT. Teresa, Laurie (supervisor) is horrible to speak with. The catalog misrepresents the items. For instance the electrify earrings are not the same backing as the cutting edge. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER, RECOMMEND THEM EVER.

I absolutely hate this company honestly it doesnt even deserve one star. I ordered over one hundred dollars worth of jewelry to help out the hoists. I ordered everything in October it is now February and i still have not gotten my jewelry or a refund I am beyond mad.

DO NOT buy ANY of their metal rings!! I bought two of their rings and BOTH gave me green stain mark after wearing them for 8 hours! What a waste of $110!!! Please do not do this to yourself :(
