2.0 star rating 3/21/2017 I went to Express in Oakbrook Mall on my birthday 03/20/2017 with plans on purchasing two shirts to take advantage of a sale they had going on. They were two different sizing styles of shirts so I wanted to try them on plus my gf who was with me wanted to see how they looked on me. One of the ladies who worked there, I believe the manager who was a 30-40 year old blonde white woman would not let me try the shirts on and gave me three of the dirtiest shirts to try on instead (the necks were filthy). Even though this frustrated me and no customer should have to deal with that I didnt want to let this experience damper my birthday. But when I left the dressing room my girlfriend was FURIOUS. She told me that a white male customer was allowed to go into the dressing room with the shirts he wanted to try on without any issue at all. I left and did not purchase anything. Idk if it was because I was black or something I have no clue why but I did not give them any reason to discriminate against me at all.

Mixed experience. One staff member was super helpful with suggestions, getting the right size and fitting room. Staff member that rung me up acted rudely, instead of folding my items she sort of threw them in a pile.

I visit this location as a last resort, as I prefer Wheaton & North Riverside. Staff are much more helpful.
