This store has got to he the worst one yet. The manager is terrible, very ignorant and rude to people not to mention slower than slow. The store was very busy and not well staffed. I had to return something and was told to stand in one line needless to say it wasnt the right one. After 15 mins I was finally helped. Then after shopping with my mother who is a senior citizen we werent aware of the Tuesday discount. The security guard at the door informed her, by the way she was the only helpful person in that store. So my mom went back in line trying to get her senior discount and that was another 15 mins waiting for this store maanger to take care of. This was a horrible experience at the store and we will never return to that one again. Seriously there should be some checks done on that store. Get rid of that manager and get someone in there who is people friendly!!!!

If you ask for assistance..employees attitudes are as if its their merchandise and store. They treat you as if theyre doing you a favor by answering questions about prices when there are no tags on most of the merchandise. If u come in store casually dressed..theyre suspicious of you being a shoplifter! Even the stire manager looked me up and down..before assisting me! New Staff and professionals staff needed..

I have been visiting this store location since they open. Never had a bad experience until today. This Hispanic clerk at fitting rooms was so rude with me. Grab the number they give to hard from my hands and took the clothing so bad. Im Hispanic as well and I feel bad this happened to me from a same race person. I never had this problem before with other staff there. So sad! !!!
