Horrible customer service! Associates lost my item while it was at the he register and I was checking the promo, which I was only told about once I was at the register, and by the time I came back it was suddenly "gone". The associates and manager had no explanation and did little to nothing to resolve the issue. As a manager in retail myself this is totally unacceptable. Not to mention the amount of time I spent waiting in the phone to speak to a manager because they were all "busy". Completely rude and unacceptable! Horrible location!

A few months ago, I had to ask THREE sales associates before 1 of them would check to see if an item was available in a different color. 1st sales: "Um... I dont know where that is... You can to go to the register." There was a huge line & I didnt want to wait when she couldve gone to the register with me. Sales #2 (while she still had her lanyard on): "Im off the clock. You can ask someone over there." Sales #3 finally took me up to the register

Convinietly located, nice store. About customer service... you are pretty much on your own for the most part which to me is not so bad I rather have no one breathing down my neck when I shop; I did approach a couple of associates working the floor and asked a few Qs they cordially pointed me in the right direction and continued shopping.

love shopping here!! Forever 21 has great selection of clothings and I just love love the sales they have. Every time I hear about the sale, Im the first one at the door when they first open. I love their staff here.
