Bad management. Saturday afternoon 30 people in line and 2 cashiers open. Saw multiple people leave their full carts and walk out. Maybe Ross has good prices but horrible sense of customer service. This location should definitely look into putting some competent people in charge.

Cashier aswer cell phone and walk away from register while there was a line. I thought it was rude since at least five people was in line and only her register was open. Try to do survey for shopping exprience but given on receipt link was not working.

the store always seems empty compared to other Ross stores. Initially I thought since they recently opened that was their reason. Several months later and still its empty. I think they need to stock up more often

Your typical Ross store. Crowded yet great deals so Im willing to show up still. Everything is kind of disorganized, but again, the great deals and selection make up for it.

I always find something that I need at ROSS Stores.. Ive been to the ones in Florida, & Lancaster, PA. So love this store & so Happy there in Chicago now....

Very rude employees! When you need help and say "excuse me" they keep walking like they dont even hear you... I personally prefer the location in downtown.

Love this place, great finds. Lots to choose from from clothes to household goods. Usually long lines here in the checkout but worth the wait.

This place is hit or miss. On occasion you can come across a good deal on something nice, but you do feel like you are at a flea market.
