Horrible no sé qué pasa con el Ross de wakigan siempre está con una línea súper larga y sólo una persona atendiendo Es una muy mala experiencia ir a esa tienda te tardas más haciendo la línea para pagar que comprando o escogiendo las cosas que necesitas hoy estuve 45 minutos en línea han dañado muchísimo el servicio en un principio cuando abrieron la tienda era mucho mejor pero ahora de verdad dejan mucho que desear empezando porque tienen cajeros hispanos de por sí hay una mujer que es una groserísimo con todas las personas deberían mirar mucho o darles algunas clases a los cajeros para que sean un poco más atentos y menos groseros me refiero no a todos sólo a una mujer hispana en especial

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO RUDE!!! only 4 steps in and the security guard stopped me and told me I wasnt allowed to bring in my Mcdonalds coffee? seriously!? How pathetic! how she said it was so rude, i just walked right out and spent my money at Target thats just right down the street from ross! Even worse, is that they dont even have a garbage can by the entrance to throw it out! I WAS a loyal customer to the ROSS in WAUKEGAN but not anymore!! I rather much spent my money else where! THANK GOD for burlington and target!! They will never kick me out for something pathetic for bringing in my drink.

My only problem with Ross located in Lewis Avenue, they never have enough register open. You have to wait in line for a long time before purchasing an item sometime you can see the employees working around doing other things that can wait, instead of jumping in the line to help the customers. If you ask me thats not good customer service .

I like the Marshalls better as the brands tend to be a little more my flavor, but Ross is a solid place to shop. Dont bring your coffee in though... Apparently they arent cool with that and walking it back to your car is asking too much... Amiright?

HORRIBLE! THE LINES ARE AROUND THE CORNER AND THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH WORKERS FOR ALL THE CUSTOMERS THEY BRING! IVE SEEN AT LEAST 5 PEOPLE WALK OUT AND DIDNT BUY BECAUSE OF THE LINES
