This store was great when it first opened and now its horrible. Ever walk into a store and feel like you are being stalked? You cant walk five feet without a bored employee saying hello and asking you if you need help finding something Jeez, the store is so small, cant imagine not finding something! The store should have been made bigger, the childrens section, the home section, and the bedding sections are too small for the community. I took my daughter shopping there in the evening and the store is run by teenagers and slacking young managers. While I like Jcpenney, this store is lacking in many areas.

Every month or so I will go in there and buy at least $70-100 worth of products. They are very stingy with their samples. If you order online you get 3 free samples. There you only get one sample and most of the time its fragrance. From now on I will only go there to try stuff and buy things trough sephora online. You get more samples and free shipping after $5o. The service in the store is nice.

I like that you can pick out a little bargain every time you go. Scored shirt for under $8 I really cant see how it was ever sold as 55 though? I dont like the store changes so much in between times. Makes it harder to find what youre looking for. Always a great opportunity to find a super cute dress!

it is a great place to go, the service is awesome. usually if a bunch of teens are working i would expect terrible assistance, but they are wonderful! all helpful and mature. store is kept clean as well. all around great place.

I mostly shop in Sephora, but JCPenney is an awesome store for women and men of all ages! I frequently buy shoes, dresses, makeup, and jeans all in one store! Great costumer service, very friendly.

I love JCPenney! Just disappointed in their rewards program. If you dont have their credit card it will take $400.00 to get a $10.00 reward. A point every 2 dollars.

Nice place to shop for the kids. Has great specials and a lot of options. The mens wear department is a little small. Staff are always very helpful and approachable.

I love this store, its clean and tidy. The aisles are not crowded and jammed together. They always call more cashiers until the line goes down during good sales.

Store is usually clean and organized. Its not as busy as the Orland location so it tends to be better stocked as well. With the drive over if youre in Orland.

The store only had three pairs of bootcut levis in the whole place. Disappounting...but I went across to kohls and they had many to choose from.
