The most stupid staff you have in that store! Yesterday I went to return a Dutch oven Le Creuset round that I paid $169.00 with my debit card for my daughter. She did not like the round one, she wanted the oval like my set. I bought 2 days. They were at least 3 oval ones at the store but smaller at the price of $159. I bought it Friday and returned them yesterday Sunday .The sales person was already in awe that I paid that much for a cooking pan. Made in France very heavy but excellent for cooking. She has to call the supervisor for approval since more than $100. Store policy. Waited for a long time for the supervisor. Finally he showed up with an attitude, hostile towards the sales lady and wont even a knowledge me. Stating "we dont have a pot that expensive! Ask the sales lady if she verified. "Dont call me unless you verified " to the sales lady, summoned another person to check for a similar item. I told them, the rest are oval and smaller priced at $159. The supervisor left very angry. The sales lady verified with my receipt. We were waiting for the supervisor to come back. Meanwhile, long line, people wondering whats the hold up. Finally the person who was sent to look for a similar item came back with the much cheaper version Cuisinart. " we dont carry that, this is only $59. Another stupid. I would understand if Im returning without a receipt, I have the receipt, merchandise intact, bought less than 2 days ago. The male bearded heavy set supervisor never came back. I was getting upset, waited more than thirty minutes. Another person came black/hispanic looking looked at the receipt and the Dutch oven, stated we dont have this. Another very hostile and angry person. I was fed up and volunteered to look for similar brand, came back with the smaller oval one priced $159. Finally convinced them. The black/hispanic female finally gave the go ahead for the return. I paid debit, I asked for cash. She told the sales person cant give me cash, it has to go back to my card. I insisted I want cash. Never had any problems with TJ Maxx and Marshalls with returns except this store. I buy coach and Michael Kors and North Face 2 or 3 just in case one of my girls wanted because I can always return but will not be there the next time I come. She asked if I have my debit card with me, and stated I cant return unless I have my debit card for verification. I know this is bull. She threatened to call the police on me when I started questioning her policy. Customers are already staring. All of a sudden she changed her mind and stated, we can give you cash if you can verify your debit card. If you dont have it, we cannot do the return. I told her to call the police because Im not leaving until I get my money back. She responded and stated shes security. I never had any problems with any high end store much less a bargain store. I purchased my set of Dutch oven Le Creuset from Crate and Barrel a long time ago and I was excited when I saw at your store for much cheaper price. To make the story short thank God I have my debit card in my car. I went to get it and she cant find a reason not to return my money. I will appreciate if you educate your staff if you happen to have a merchandise thats not familiar with them. So stupid bunch! Ignorant, hostile and disrespectful! TJ Maxx and Harwood Heights Marshall, the supervisors are always around, greeting customers and explains the reason for their approval and signature. Very knowledgeable of the merchandise at those stores. They recognized it right away! I have the receipt, merchandise intact, bought less than 2 days. Im hoping something should be done with this egregious act!

I like going to this store. I dont always buy something. You cant necessarily go in looking for something, you should have an idea of what you are looking for, and if you find it, great!. Because the price will be less than, pretty much anywhere else. They do have great kids toys. Most of the time, ill go for that.
