My husband, my two kids and I were there yesterday. As soon as we walked in my older son saw the manager get on her radio while staring us down with what he called "evil eyes", and say something to someone- apparently the security in the store because the guard immediately started following us. My husband wanted to try on a couple of button up shirts and so he proceeded to do so, while we were waiting for him in the store; he needed a couple different sizes so I went back a couple of times to get him the shirts- one of the times I went to find a different size, the same manager came up to me, and with a rude attitude asked if I needed help with something and I told her "no Im fine" and went back by the fitting rooms. There was another associate there folding clothes and the rude woman loudly said to her associate that people should be using the specific try on shirts so that they dont have to refold shirts- mind you my husband was the ONLY person trying on clothes, button up shirts to be precise. He immediately felt uncomfortable, gave the shirts to the one associate and we walked out. We decided to drive to Nordstrom and spend $200 there on a new outfit for the wedding were going to. This woman should not be in a position where she manages others because she cannot even manage herself. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and maybe even racist. I will not be coming to this location again because instead of being welcomed into a store where I potentially could have spent hundreds of dollars, my family and I were instantly hesitant about being there. If Express wants a good representation of their buisness, this woman should not be in her position.

Had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with some lady (who was clearly in a higher position barking orders at the associates while failing to assist me at the cash wrap), not only did I wait a good few minutes before she decided to finally approach the counter and help me (the customer whose satisfaction should be her priority) she ended up ripping up an A-list coupon I had received in the mail (from the company) after I had ONLY INQUIRED if it could be used on the specific item and how much the final price would amount to. She struggled to let alone key it in to the system and insulted me saying she cannot use expired coupons when the date on the coupon was clearly stated April 30th, once she finally entered the code she swiftly ripped the coupon up and tossed it in the trash! Then went in the trash to fish out the shredded coupon covered in yogurt and proceeded to staple it and write some sort of an excuse note on top of it. LOL! She rendered it invalid so I tossed it back to the trash it belonged in and I did not make my purchase of over priced basic leggings. What a joke! If this is the person who runs the Harlem Irving store I suggest to the people above her to reconsider their choices in management. I will not only never again be making purchases at this particular location I hope all the future customers see this review and avoid running into the same problem. Way to give your brand a bad reputation and lose a customer.

Well yesterday I went to this store and I found a beautiful dress which I bought though I also got 2 pair of earrings and they costed a lot and once I got home they werent their like no where bc I never took them out of the bag so I was so mad and they also payed me that. I mean why am I gonna pay for something that I dont get. I needed them for a special party but no. Even the man was talking and didnt pay attention to us that much and also didnt put them in the bag. So I went back their to get them and he said "oh my fault I didnt know sorry". I was so MAD and that WAS THE FIRST TIME I WENT TO THAT STORE AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS.

The clothes there is very nice and neat. They have great trends the new style of the time. If your looking for party clothes or a nice outfit to go to the beach go to Express!!
