This store has the worst groomers in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My dog had sores on her back after they used a furminator treatment on her too hard. When I went to pick her up she was her normal self, get me out of here hyper however as the night wore on she got more lethargic. And for the next few days she was the same way. Then back to her hyper self about a week later. It was another week before I noticed that there was a bunch of brown flakes on her back. I thought she got into something outside, no big deal. After seeing the brown flakes for another two days I had her lay on the bed so I can look better. Those brown flakes were scabs that had dried and flaked off. Her own back was covered with sores on her skin. They where hidden by the fur and I now know why she acted the way when we brought her home. This flaking continued for several weeks, which made me start noticing her skin more. These scabs were stopping her fur production to the point you could see to her skin now. I felt so bad, but anger came out when I called Petco originally and got some jerk who would not do anything, not even say sorry. Then almost a week earlier I receive a call from them saying that I missed my appointment with them. That was the last straw. Again, no sorry or anything. Just we will take you off the list. If you love your Pet, dont take them here. They do not respect who they have coming through their doors.

Its kind of a an old and tired store. It could really use a facelift. Even the cash registers are old and dysfunctional. I almost always have to run my card through the reader and punch in my PIN more than once. Its the only place that carries the cat food I buy so I keep going back. And the people who work there are nice.

This place has terrible customer service. Im new to the area and have been in there twice within one week. Staff has always been rude despite my initial polite and friendly attitude. Never going back again. Id rather drive an extra 10 min.

The grooming here is great. My dog is horrible when getting a bath and most places cant even cut his nails. They did it here without a problem. Definitely would recommend if you have a difficult dog!

Not very organized and they staff are to par or less. Never a great experience when I visit. Animals they do have on premise do seem to be healthy so thats the most important.

pretty good service even though they seem like they could use more people working but they handle it, i had my dog groomed here and they lady did the best job Ive ever seen...

Terrible costumer service. Asked for help, employee said "help yourself". Couldnt find crickets or superworms even though the girl said they were there, so I just walked out.
