Rancid Rembrandt

Just moved into neighborhood and we have 4 pets. First time at store. Needed reptile supplies. Walked in store a paused to find reptile area. Two boys at front register ignored me. I walked around the store and a tall man employee ignored me. Went back to the front and the boy at the register was still doing nothing and just looked at me. I looked at him. No help. No greeting. So I asked him if he knew where to find things and he answered "yes" but still refused to offer me help. He was just standing there not doing anything! I went around the corner to Pet Supplies Plus. I was greeted by the team of 3 inside the door. I asked where the reptile supplies were and they told me right where to go. In and out quick & easy! No contest on customer service. Never Petco! Avoid Petco and go to Pet Supplies Plus right around the strip mall corner instead.

Friendly and wonderful individuals in the grooming dept VICKY is great and very concerned about the kids she grooms, ana also along with one other young lady (forgot her name) always a smile and pleasa to deal with. They all love what they do and it shows when you walk in and the dogs all love each one. The groomers all get so much love from the tinest dog to the biggest so many kisses from the kids to the groomers. Wonderful to see!

Very impressed with this place. Went there today to buy a new litter box but looked around at the animals first. I was approached by a very friendly man named Michael. He helped me find what I needed and recommended some useful products that I ended up buying.

They host great adoption events, have all the items you need for any type of pet. With all of the pet-shop boutiques popping-up in the area, competition has been tough and it can be very quiet in the store. Their prices are fair and selection outstanding.

Usually people at this location arent very helpful, but tonight Melissa helped me. She was VERY knowledgeable and nice. She helped me find everything I needed. She even told me that Petco will match the price for an item.
