I have been a frequent shopper here for over 10 years. As a salon owner I buy a lot of things from this location. The past few times I have gone into this store the older woman with the long blonde hair who doesnt have a name on her badge has been the rudest person Ive ever dealt with. Her constant unfriendly attitude, the dirty looks and eye rolls, her lack of knowledge and help is inexcusable. For all of those reasons I will now be spending my money elsewhere because I can not handle going somewhere and spending my money at a store with someone like her running it. What a joke!

i have been in 3 time in the past month and this wonderful young lady (Ashley I believe) has helped me every time. I first went in looking to color my hair but I didnt know what I wanted. she helped me pick my colors, get everything I need, and said if I had any problems with the process to just call and ask for her. she was great and we had fun planning my "mid life crisis"!!!! I will continue to shop at sallys! what wonderful customer service! I even got free product for renewing my card! just a great experience over all!
