When I walked in, a young woman asked me if I needed help. I said I was looking for a hair coloring that was less drying. An older woman said "what ingredient dont you want". The first thing that came to my mind to say because I dont know anything about hair color was "alcohol". She said (with a tone), "well, none of them have alcohol". I said "ok, well whatever ingredient that dries out your hair is what I dont want then". She mentioned an ingredient that Ive never heard of and (thinking to myself that Im not getting anywhere with this lady, she has a snippy tone on top of it, isnt just taking me to the hair coloring and showing me one that she would recommend). So, at that point I said " where is the hair coloring? They told me where it is and I thanked them and walked to it. The older lady followed me (why couldnt she just take me there in the first place, instead if the 3rd degree about ingredients). I stopped in front of an Argon oil one, and asked "would this be one you recommend?". She said (again, with a snippy tone), "well, it has argon oil in it" (um, duh, it says that on the label). Then...the clincher "what brought you in today?" (Didnt I just tell her?) At that, and now sick of trying to get some constructive help, I said "ok, thank you", walked past her and left. Thanks for wasting my time lady in going out of my way driving here and the 10 minute inane conversation we (sort of) had. I had been ready to buy something and they blew it with the attitude. I just now read the other reviews and a few mention an older lady and the lack of customer service skills in general and after my experience today, I couldnt agree more and wouldnt be surprised to see this store close because of it.

I used to buy things here all the time sand ignore this old lady that works there. When you walk in the door she gives you a look like you are intruding and then she will follow you all around the store and one time I was so ski of her following me and I asked her a question about a product, guess what she had no clue how to answer my question. She knows nothing about the product. Recently I went to the store looking for a shampoo and as soon as I saw her I felt sick she was by the register, won’t ever say hi or welcome or thank you when you purchase something. They didn’t have the shampoo I wanted and as I was walking out the door she starred at me made me feel like I was doing something wrong. She is a real witch her name is Melanie and she is the manager. LOL, she has no customer service skill she is not pleasant at all I don’t know how she can be the manager.

A Private User

I go to this sallys all the time and everyone is usually so nice but there is one lady that is super prejudice. She spyed on me while I was browsing and the whole time watched me like a hawk by peeking arounds like she was in a james bond movie. And everytime I caught her she would say oh just seeing if you need anything but meanwhile some mexican is in the store with her two bad kids tearing up the store and even getting in my way so rudely and nobody ever asked her if she needed help. Not once. Too busy watching the black woman to notice the ghetto mexicans kids knocking things over. When I get her name Im going to call headquarters.

Very poor and rude service from the older lady that works here and not willing or even try to help in a situation they really should consider some customer service classes sure dont know how to handle some situations will never by from Sallys stores again

Very rude costumer service by a tall dark woman named "Selina" (Im sure she lied to me About her name) She has a terrible look in her face as soon as you walk in. Next time I will drive further and go to go to another location.
