Awhile back, the light skin black lady who wears all the creative styles. She allowed her friend girl to try on AS MANY WIGS AS SHE WANTED, WITH A STOCKING CAP that she HAD ON ALREADY UNDER HER PERSONAL WIG THAT SHE WORE INTO THE STORE; but told me that I had to pay for a cap & was limited to 3wigs. I have no prob with rules but it should go 4everyone else or wait until i leave to give your friend special treatment because it causes conflict Thank God the only thing it caused was me not returning to this store until 3yrs later and the update isnt any better because it caused me to leave again. They cant tell u a price over the phone for a wig cap, scissors, etc. This is an inconvenience because this store is out of my way & not close to home. A customer had just bought jewerly &realized it was damaged. She returned it UNOPENED BECAUSE IT WAS DAMAGED. The creative style hair lady acts offended & says "we dont ALLOW returns". I felt horrible for this customer. So she interrogated her & allowed ONLY AN EXCHANGE OF THE SAME JEWERLY. I was there & she told her that she can exchange it ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS BOUGHT THE SAME DAY. (SO WHAT ABOUT THE DAY AFTER) THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY & NICE WHEN SELLING THEIR PRODUCTS BUT DR JEKYLL & MR HYDE SHOWS UP WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT, NOW I REMEMBER WHY I LEFT, I returned a conditioner and I dont know if the lady was the owner but she FALSELY ACCUSED ME OF PUTTING WATER IN THE BOTTLE BECAUSE SHE SAID THAT PEOPLE DO THAT. ITS NOT MY FAULT THOUGH...They just do not want to accept returns. Although her accusations were embarrassing, false, & ridiculous to me, I was refunded after little disputing. Just because you have been burned so many times, your mind is set that everyone else is the same. We could have had a good business relationship but after ALL this, NO THANK YOU! BE CAREFUL OF HOW YOU TREAT OTHERS &MAY THE LADY WHO FALSELY ACCUSED ME TRULY FIND A PEACE OF MIND IN CHRIST JESUS

Really good prices. I was asked multiple times if I needed help finding anything. The employees actually knew where items were and didnt have to go look themselves to answer my questions. Everyone was quickly willing to help other customers and including myself. The only down fall I saw was the organization of the store itself didnt flow to make things easy to find, and there were no labels on the aisles to hint where things were either, but that does allow customer and employee communication. Ill definitely be using this store for any beautification needs I have.
