Pharmacy has horrible customer service. Employees are very rude and short with customers. It seems to take forever to have a prescription filled. Dont believe them when they say they will (or have) faxed your doctors office for refill verification. I submitted my refill on a Tuesday, not realizing that I did not have any refills. I was told that it may take a day longer because they had to contact my doctors office for verification. By Friday afternoon (and only 3 pills left), I called Rite Aid. The woman was very rude, would not let me finish any of my statements or questions. She said they were still waiting on a reply from my doctor and hung up. Monday morning I called my doctors office as soon as they opened. I was told they never received any request for a refill and to call Rite Aid back and have them fax over request again. So, I called Rite Aid right after I hung up with my doctors office. Again, very rude on the phone. I told her what my doctors office said. She said "fine" and hung up. This was at 8:30. by 1:30, I called my doctors office to see if Rite Aid sent a refill request. No. they hadnt. The nurse at this point called in my refill and left it on Rite Aids pharmacy voice mail. When I left work around 4, I called Rite Aid again to see if they had received my refill order. Third time speaking to Rite Aid and 3rd time they were very rude. When I asked about my refill she snapped "hold on". 10 minutes later she returned to the phone "yea its here" I was in the middle of saying "okay, than you" when she cut me off and snapped "give me an hour to have it ready" and hung up the phone again. At 6:00 it still wasnt ready. I have been with Rite Aid for over 4 years and have never had this much trouble until recently. Im not a happy customer and will transfer my prescriptions somewhere else.

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever came in contact with. The pharmacist is completely rude. The pharmacy staff have attitudes. The long wait times is unacceptable. Who is monitoring this store? The only good service I have ever received there was by the actual store staff (NOT THE PHARMACY). As a nurse and a customer I have had bad experiences from both ends of the spectrum with disrespect and lack of concern. Something needs to be done!

I cant say enough good things about this store! I cant speak for the pharmacy because i never use it, but as far as the store goes, its amazing. They have outstanding customer service, the best sales, and any and everything you need. I shop here at least once a week. Love this store! The employees are always so nice and helpful.

My wife just got out of hospital. In pain went to closest pharmacy they ask have you ever been here before . 50 million questions then a different person comes to window and says they dont have a very common medicine. Thanks for nothing idiots.
