This Walgreens is, by far and large, the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The customer service in the pharmacy department is horrendous and the employees are incredibly rude. Ive waited on the phone with them for over 30 minutes at a time and Ive waited in the drive thru line even longer than that. Ive gone to pick up a refill only to find out that, according to them, I didnt have any left when my bottle as well as the hard copy of the prescription indeed did have a refill. This means that someone carelessly entered my prescription into the computer resulting in waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, going home and being on hold for 30 minutes, and having to drive back and pick it up. Ive never received a phone call from them when there is an error refilling my prescriptions. I find out about the errors after waiting in line or on the phone. All that to say, their customer service is terrible and its time for them to make a change.

Walgreens needs to hold their employees to a higher standard, especially this location. I get my prescriptions from here all the time and its usually slow but last night was absolutely terrible. The only employee working to serve customers was the drive through person. Other employees were in the back stocking and talking loudly about other employees. So loud I could here everything she was saying. Meanwhile theres 5 people in line. I talked with the manager and asked why someone else wasnt working the front to help with all the people waiting in line and she replied they were where they were supposed to be. Amazing customer service... way to go..NOT

This is the worst walgreens pharmacy I have ever used. The wait times are ridiculously long. The majority of the employees act as if they hate their jobs and are rarely smiling, friendly, or remotely efficient. This latest fiasco was the last for me. I have tried to pick up a prescription twice now, after receiving a message that it was ready. Both times I am told the drug is out of stock. Finally today Chaya was extremely apologetic and tried to locate the drug at another store. She was the first one to show the slightest bit of concern. How nice it was to drive across the street to Kroger to see a smiling face happy to help!

I just left there after standing in the pharmacy line for 15 minutes and only a single customer being helped. The secret seems to be to go through the drive through. They seem perfectly willing to break into whatever theyre doing for someone in line to handle a car order. Seems like those willing to make the effort to come in should be first. Well, at least I wont need to worry about it in the future. Id drive across town to someone else rather than get frustrated there again. Perhaps theyll go out of business and be replaced by a pharmacy that know how it should be run.

40 minutes on hold in the pharmacy department and still waiting for someone to come back to the phone...one person ahead of me according to their message. Time to hire some more employees. I know they arent still talking to a customer over 40 minutes. * update* someone answered the non pharmacy phone in just a few minutes. Pleasant people once you get to talk to them.

I called before I went to pick up a prescription, was told it would be ready by the time I arrived. I got there and was told it was not ready yet, would be ready in 20 minutes, I came back a hour later and was told it was still not ready, I waited 2 hours for them to tell me that my claim could not be processed. Worse store ever ..

I am amazed to the quality of .service. Its absolutely the worst service. I have to stand in a line for 30 mins for drop off where 2 reps serviced 1 person in 30 mins. what a joke? I moved from california. I liked everything in collierville except walgreens service.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Get my prescription filled there they have the rudest pharmacists and hold time for phone calls is always 20 mins or longer not to mention your prescription is never ready when they say it is more like 3 hours afterwards

Was visiting family and came to this Walgreens a few times. Friendly staff. Had photos printed and I believe the gentlemans name was Danny was very helpful. Went in another time as new staff were being trained and all were very friendly and helpful.

I was asked if I needed help by three different employees. Everyone was so nice!! Also, they have a much larger selection of makeup AND a makeup chair for trying on. Ill definitely be coming back to this Walgreens!

After they stopped giving you in store sale prices unless you have their loyalty card I quit using them. wont be back.
