I will not patronize this place!!! Google says they close at 8, I rush all the way over and get there at 753 and the door is already locked. A customer was coming out so I asked the man if I could come in really quick, I already knew what I wanted, and he says sorry closed. I said but you close at 8, he says 7:50 and close the door in my face. That is not good customer service!!!! I will not be treated any kind of way and give you my money. I work in retail, and while I understand closing procedures, I will not close the door in a customers face. Thats rude and unprofessional. I previously had decent experiences here, but after this, I would NEVER walk through their doors again!!!

They have a lots to choose from The only problem I had was with the brand that they carried. They carry the Model brand, which Im not familiar with. Back home, Im used to the beauty supplies having different brands (sensational, freetress, etc) If you dont care about the brand, then this is the store for you. I may return, if I cant find a store close that sell the brands that I am familiar with

Being from NYC and having been to some of the best beauty supply stores this one is by far the best one I have ever been to. Wide selection of accessories, hair, eyelashes you name it. This store is like a hair supermarket and the staff is friendly and phenomenal. Prices are reasonable and they have great products.

They suppose to close at 8pm and they close at 7:40 bad customer service i rushed all the way from the other side of town hoping to make it in because i had a few minutes till closing .they should go by what that have posted because many customers go by that .such a waist of time anf innconvience .
