The person that helped me was really nice, however, I believe he was not trained properly. I upgraded a phone and was assured it was active when I got home. It wasnt. I called and they told me to come back in. It was a hassle and come to think of it, the fact that theyre always empty should be a red flag. Go to a corporate store that actually trains their employees. I hope there are no surprises on my bill since I am making payments on my device. I am disappointed, I never give off-branch retailers a chance and this is what I get. I called and the person on the phone was helpful and apologetic, which helped but still feel like I wasted a lot of my time.

Very pleasantly surprised with my recent visit to this location. I am actually not a verizon customer but I accompanied my mother to the store a few day ago. The employees and manager were all incredibly helpful and showed that they cared for my mothers best interest despite an opportunity to take advantage of an older women who probably wouldnt know any better. I was impressed by the ethical way of selling that took place and this is the kind of service I would consider leaving MY provider for. Nice to know there are people out there that care about others more than their commission checks.

Is this place a joke???? They were so rude they could not figure out my bill, then just told me to call costumer service, then while on the phone the manager was speaking to me in a very awful demeaning way. Also, I was at the store on the phone with customer service the manager took a personal call and left to go in the back room. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! When I then asked for the districts manager email he gave me his email. So goodbye Verizon you lost a long term customer.

The manager was incredibly unprofessional and stated he wasnt making any commission off of me, and refused to help. He took an hour and a half to transfer data from my old phone to my new one, and the new phone was inoperable after he worked on it. He was very combative and told me "I helped you out for an hour and a half and didnt make any money off of you. Im doing you a favor." Completely ridiculous. Terrible service. Will not be going back there again.

THIS PARTICULAR STORE IS BEYOND, UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Particularly the MANAGER. I know I walked off the street to purchase my phone, but I should not be treated and dismissed like a bum off the street! Homewood Flossmoor and neighboring towns take your Verizon business to a corporate store!

Go to a corporate store avoid this place terrible service. You come into a store for hands on solutions the guy told me to call customer service without even accessing my account. This was after I explained its a brand new galaxy 6 that has a problem recognizing the in the box charger.
