Large variety of products, some great values. Nearly impossible to navigate your way through the store. Aisles are set up so you cannot cut through them, you must go all the way to the end of every exceedingly lengthy aisle and then turn to get the the next one. Organization is so poor that it can take forever to find what you need. Workers to answer questions or provide help are non-existent or have no idea where anything is and DO NOT CARE. Checking out takes forever. Plenty of lanes are open, but they are all full of customers. I have waited 33 minutes to check out. Workers are so uncaring as to be insulting to customers. If you complain or try to cut into the conversation they are having with a co-worker about last nights date, they often will turn their back on you and refuse to even acknowledge you--and this is in a place where items are behind glass counters that you cannot view without help. Most workers are young, snotty and clearly have a need to exude that they are superior to the job they are currently forced to work at. I often buy Money Orders there as they are only 88 cents, compared to several dollars elsewhere, but every time I am forced to wait---and each time there was NO line. The person helping me will suddenly stop and call a friend, or another worker will come up and they will begin a conversation, and again, if you complain, they sneer at you and continue their conversation. I once said, "I am really sorry to hurry you, but I am in a terrible hurry." That time, the young man tore up the money order he was starting to work on and said, "The machines are down, sorry, cant help," followed by huge guffaws with nearby co-worker. Yes, I have complained to management, who seem to care just as little, though they are not as verbal and snotty about it. They know their prices are so good that they can treat customers outrageously and get away with it. It is bad enough to be poor and need to shop there, but to be treated so badly is disgusting. I refuse to do any business there but pay bills, which is one of the few places I can do it.

One of the better Wal-Marts. I love the pretzel place inside Edit: I used to think this was one of the better Wal-Marts to shop at but after my experience with their tire center I will never ever buy tires at Wal-Mart again. The price seemed cheaper than anywhere else around but youre really getting what you pay for. I paid around 350 for a set of four douglas tires and was happy with the price, but after a week I noticed that my tpms sensor was turning on. I have brought my car back four times now to get them checked out and each time I spend between one and four hours waiting for them to service my tires just to have them refill the tires with air and say nothing is wrong with them. I am constantly looking air pressure on all four tires and I an upset because I paid for the roadside hazard to get them repaired if anything were to happen and yet they do nothing but just add air. I ended up getting the problem resolved by going to Costco. They dismounted my tires from the rim and found that they were mounted improperly and guess what? I havent had a leak since then. Thank you Costco! As for Wal-Mart, if you keep treating your customers this way you will eventually go out of business. I hope you watch your stock price because I will no longer be buying tires and possibly anything else from you! I still love the Bens pretzels inside though.

Although I liked the store itself, the customer service when you call is the pits! Not only does the operator speak incomprehensibly, she doesnt know how to transfer calls to the correct department. I called four times, and only when I begged her to make sure she was actually transferring me since all previous times the phone simply went silent. The third time I "sat" in the silence for 6.38 minutes before hanging up and calling again. I told her this and she never offered an apology. [For any manager reading this, please note that my calling experience happened on 10/12/15 between 1:45 and 2:00 PM.] When I was finally truly transferred (and could hear a ringing sound), the one who answered at the Service Desk wanted to transfer me to someone who could answer my question on the stores tax rate!! I begged her not to, to only put me on hold and get an answer! She came back and I got my answer. Even the woman at the Service Desk was difficult to understand, speech wise. Any other customer who was not as determined to get a solid answer as I was (without going into the store again), would have just given up. #Michael_Wilkes, this has got to change! (managers name is on the store receipt)

The two guys who were at the tire and lube station on 10/3/16 at night are a joke, I do not know how Walmart can hire people that does not like to do their job, I guess they just want to show up to collect a check. Well, I was given a gift card from Walmart and decided to buy a couple of tires that my car needs. I drove 15 miles to this particular Walmart to pick them up and have them installed, closest Walmart with Tire and Lube services, after I got them, went to the back to have them install, after a couple of minutes one of the guys mentioned above approached me and asked me if he could help me, then I told him that I just had picked these tires up and I needed them to be installed, then he came up with "We have a problem, we ran out of sealant and cant install your tires tonight, that car that Im doing is from a lady that lives around the corner and she will be back another day to put the sealant on the tires" and I was like WTH? If I showed up before your closing time, please do your job, I know you want to go home, but you should take care of a customer first, Im sure your manager and Walmart will agree on this one with me.

Totally crappy store!! This actually used to be a really good one but something happened about a year ago that changed this store from organized, exceptional, safe, and convenient to a pain in the butt, ghetto, and unreliable store. Maybe its the management? The store pickup is a nightmare. I literally waited 30 minutes one time for an associate to come over and get my order.. they only came over because after asking four or five employees nearby to page for help, I called the store and told them I was over there. Really? So none of the employees I asked to help could page someone to come over? And then when I got it, it was all dirty so they told me if I wanted wanted some nice chair pads, Id have to go pick them out myself. And one of those managers, a little short Mexican lady, is the rudest, most inefficient associate Ive dealt with this far. Dont know her name but she sucks and she treats the young black ladies there with disrespect. I witnessed this multiple times. Wow I got carried away. I can talk about this store all day.... One word for you: AVOID!
