This place is super dirty! Its also very disorganized, which Ive noticed in other villages too, I wish theyd organize everything according to sizes at least! ...but as I was saying, dirty and dusty place which made me sneeze continuously! Employees are not caring enough about your needs. While at the register, we waited 15 to 20 mins just for cashier to say that it was "cash only"...that was very upsetting! Then when the other cashier put all my belongings in the bag, she just threw them in there! Didnt even try to at least fold them a little so that they dont get all wrinkled....overall, very disappointing experience!

worst managers worst behaviour with employes treat them like animals worst then the animals gave to much work and always did insulting employes managers are cruel as hell no holiday or no felxible hour for employes and if they did holiday because of sick or severe problem gave them warning and managers always disgrace there employes how ever and always take too much work from one employe and managers are bloody racist dont treat all employes equally the whom they like most dont take from them work but the whom they dont like always scream at them , helll place for job worst worst garbage place for employes.

Nice place, little too dusty though and toys sections sometimes looks a little disorganized, but I love the staff theyre very friendly and helpful.Sometimes you can find brand new stuff , they carry mens , women, children and babies including toddlers sized clothes also bedding.Some toys and miscellaneous stuff such as home decor or other odds and ends.There also parking so, no street parking and neighborhood is quiet and nice! Various sales throughout week according to color usually 50% off.

They are much too strict on there no tag, no sale policy. When I have to take all the hangers off, a tag is bound to become un-stapled, and even though I only have one item that went with that one tag (no falsifying) no sale. Even worse: on half price day, I stood in line for an hour to finally be checked out by a lady who was slow and rude. The store needs to have only one line and direct the next person to the next open cashier; not a line for each cashier, so everyone waits equally.

Actually this is a madhouse of a store...smells strange and is dirty most of the time, toys strewn all over along with kids, there are values and such but you really have to look and check anything thoroughly. Remember we are in a Bed Bug invasion so wash and rinse in hot water any fabric buys you make. I find hard to find items here which is why I go, nuf said.

You cant expect too much from a franchise second hand store. The items that they have range from disgusting (the baby jumper with a half eaten cookie stuck to it) to amazing (authentic Dooney and Burke leather bag for $10). The store is semi-organized and the people are far from helpful. So it really is up to you the time and effort that you put in.

You do not have to be poor to shop here just selective. Bedding swearers & jackets 80% off retail. You need to know real quality before you shop I last bought a 75 dollar comforter new! there $4.00 then had it washed. I have seen thousand dollar dinner set leave there 4 less than a hundred bucks

This is the best Village store I have seen, and I have been to at least 6 of these Village discount stores. Good customer service - enjoyed my visit, store was very organized, unlike some Ive patronized. Reasonable prices on quality brands .... will stop in again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

VDO stores are pretty much the same. Pre-owned clothes, shoes, electronics, books. If youre lucky theyll have a three for one or half price on specific color tags. A bit grimy, a little noisy, what the hell songs playing on the loud speakers - but always a lot of fun

This place is not kept clean. The people working there wear latex gloves when handling the merchandise. Some also wear surgical masks. This makes me wonder what is wrong with the stuff. I dont feel comfortable shopping there and wont be going back.

If you have a hard life you shop here or if youre a cheap hipster/yuppie. Been coming here for 26 years used to be a Butera. $0.35 Chicago tie I bought here on my 20th bday still remains my single greatest clothing purchase ever

Extremely fuzzy, I kept sneezing and my eczema flared. Secondly, I was standing in line for 20 minutes only for the cashier to tell me "cash only". Seriously, what an idiot. Horrible customer service and extremely dirty.

Its good to go on Mondays for their 50% off deals. The clothes are nicely separated by type and color. However, the back wall and back right corner is messier and less organized.

I can see why some people go nuts here, but it is an acquired taste. At the holidays there was a really deep discount. My family and relatives spent hours there.
