Ive frequented this hardware store on many occasions and have usually found the staff to be nothing other than friendly and helpful. But today I went there and I purchased a 20amp fuse for the cigarette lighter in my Ford Focus. Ive always used this amp and have purchased it from them before but today they both blew immediately after installing them. I wasnt doing anything differently than before. I called the store and spoke to a man about a possible refund or replacement and he got very nasty with me; practically yelling about how it was my fault and and how he wouldnt do anything at all. I abruptly ended the call. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I dont even remember this man ever working there previously. They seriously need to rethink their hiring techniques because theyve lost a customer for good.

Ive come to this place many times. They are always friendly and add that personal touch to helping people. Last time I hand to find a bolt to attach the back of my rolling chair (which I brought the back with me) and the person helping me made it a personal mission to figure out the problem. Also on the phone they are very helpful. My last call, they looked up the item on the computer told me "Were suppose to have it in-store" then told me to hold on to make sure. Got to love it.
