This is the best darned Hardware Store around. Because of all the old homes and older people, they keep supplies of materials that are still needed by home owners in Berwyn and Cicero....I tell everyone to go there when theyre looking for an odd item, vacuum bags for older vacuums that were great and still are....they quickly help you and know a lot of good information about everything concerning owning a home....if the person you ask doesnt know, they tell you who in the store does - or if the person isnt there, they find out when that person is back in and tell you. Congratulations on being a go to place with knowledgeable people.

The workers here do a great job of helping the customer find the approriate merchandise for purchase. In the past they have assed the problem I was facing at home, and going on just my own explanation have directed me to the correct hardware. I am usually approached shortly after entering the store. The crew members are knowledgeable of much of the hardware in the store. This store is smart to keep up a good quality customer service, in an area where many businesses struggle. I would recommend this store for your hardware needs if you live in the near west suburbs of Chicago.

This is one of the most amazing places. You can go in with some weird-looking screw that you need one more of for something and ask the guys at the store if they have "one of these." After studying the piece for a few minutes, 9 times out of 10 the clerk will find what you want. It will probably cost less than a dollar, but it will save you having to replace whatever it is that needs the part. These guys really know how to serve their customers. Its not a phony "hello, can I help you?" The staff who work here genuinely know what theyre doing. Try it and be amazed!
