Do not patronize this store! Easily the most unapologetically rude manager ever! Unless you have been a regular since the stores inception, the manager treats you like an idiot and will not make exchanges and quite blatantly will not compromise. In this day and age of the big box store, You should treat paying customers with more respect and kindness. I spent nearly $700 in six months at your store and when I needed to make an exchange you rudely turned me away. Thats $1400 a year you are losing out on from me. I hope others read this and take heed as I am sure in not the only one you have treated so poorly.

My water heater was leaking so I asked Joe (the little guy) for his advice.He said No Way do you want to mess with that....you can get hurt ...your house can catch on fire You need to call a plumber.He happened to have a card in his pocket.I called his friend.GUESS WHAT. It cost me $200.00 and all I needed was a $12.00 part which installs like a light bulb.This was by no means a dangerous job.He just took advantage of me because I am a woman!!!!

My favorite place to shop when looking some replacement or repair items. The staff is great and they help you a lot. They know their stuff not like big box places. Convenient and free parking in the rear, a little bit tricky to get. They have have deal for one free single key (coupon on google) till the end of the year.

I agree with you Jose Pizzaro. Ive been dealing with the exact same crap each and almost every time. Here is my advice to the manager. "If you open your doors for business, you must leave your prejudice mentality at home or else youll be out of business in no time, which I really hope. ....

Cant say much since this was my first experience and a very short one too. I was looking for a screw that I went to 3 auto parts store and Home Depot for. I went inside should it to the guy and he gave it to me in a minute. Seems like they know their stuff.

Very helpful and well stocked. Even the women who work here are more knowledgeable than anyone I have dealt with at the big box houses. You are crazy to look for screws or specialty items and not start here.
