The customer service is 2 star because when I went to purchase hair the retailer didnt help me effeciantly when I asked for it. When I continued to help myself and got one of the wigs down he promptly came over and stopped me. So I asked again if he could help me and he did finally. The store wasnt welcoming and the quality of synthetic wigs were trash so I bought a synthetic ponytail and eyelashes instead. Not the best Beauty Supply Ive experienced in my list of beauty supply stores!
