The cashier named Jet is very rude. This is not the first time she has been rude to me, in fact its the third time. I purchased a bottle of Pinot Grigio, and I came up to the cash register and she was behind the counter. I worked in retail for many years and I know it can be a thankless job so I always make it a point to be pleasant. I said "HI!" with a smile on my face, and she looked me in the eye and completely ignored me. So, I said "HI!" again, and Jet stated "I heard you the first time, I just didnt respond" and I said "OH. OK." This is the third time and I finally decided to repeat "HI" and I decided to complain. Hopefully, you will talk to your employees about not ignoring customers, considering they DO work in retail. It was irritating especially because I wasnt a rude customer. I spend about $1500 a month in Rxs at Walgreens. Luckily, the pharmacy employees are pleasant and professional. Jet is NOT.

Service can be lacking at the front. I havent used their pharmacy where service is likely to be better. I prefer the Walgreens on Galena for better stock and service.
