I used to go to this store FREQUENTLY but Greg was always a little too pushy for me so my intrigue faded. WELL, I decided to give it another try and called to see what brands of makeup they carry (I had previously gone there for skincare) and he said he doesnt carry a full line of any makeup but an assortment. Not unusual, so I asked what brands. And he said..... ready? "Im not going to tell you. Pause. You have to come in". Dead serious. So I said, are you serious? He then proceeded with a snarky laugh. No he wasnt joking. So... after I hung up and regained my composure, I came here. Im not the least bit surprised by the other Google reviews. You guys give natural a bad name. UPDATE: I called Odalisque (also in Geneva) to see what brands they carry because I had heard from a customer with a GREAT experience that they do carry SOME natural brands. The employee let me know which brands they carry, one of which has 0 and 1 ratings on the EWG site so.... GUESS WHERE ILL BE GOING???? About Face Plus Body, try being KIND. It actually gets you business.

The owner of these store is obnoxious and self absorbed. I asked if they had candles and received a lecture on them being a substandard fragrance and how his stores oil spritzers will get people to stop you in public because you smell so awesome and how California supermodels shop at his store and how other stores fragrance misters will kill me because my house will be filled with mold and blah blah blah I had to literally walk out while he continued to spew his superior points of view. Hes probably still talking now. However, if it werent for him, Id highly recommend this store for the products they carry!

I first visited by myself and was pleasantly serviced by a nice young woman, she very helpful with my makeup purchase. With excitement I brought my friend back and let me tell you what a turn around, this older man RUDE started telling her how bad her makeup was for her and tried selling her a book. When she let him know she really wasnt interested he had no desire to assist us. He acted as if we were an intrusion. I was soooo embarassed, that I brought her to be insulted. Wouldnt go back, too bad--cute place nice products. I assume the man is the owner, he should let his staff take care of things.

They really helped solve my skincare problems. The staff provided me with one on one attention and helped me create an excellent skincare regimen, that is already working after 2 days of using the products they suggested. Highly recommended! They also sell their own organic Argan Oil. If you arent familiar, google it now! :) This store is defiantly worth checking out!

The owner of this place is one of the most rude and proud persons I have ever met, which is kind of sad because he sells good products, but I will never again want to support his business at all, there are other places and ways to get the products and avoiding this shop would be a way to tell him that you do not treat clients the terrible way he does.
