Holy Crap. Everytime I go to this store i hope the experience will be better than the last. They have miss marked prices on items and when you argue that the price is what you wanted it for they tell you to pay another price that is in the computer and dont even fix the original sign that you seen. I was in their clearance section and saw flashlight on clearance for $1.99 each,. I wasnt sure if it was the correct price from prior incedents, so i stopped a lead manager walking past me from a swinging door putting out a cigarett cherry with his shoe. He said he didnt know, even though his name tag sais front end cashier manager. So he got on the radio and just then a suit was passing by. The suit heard the story about my curiousity and wanting to clearify the problem and said NO, those are in the wrong isle. The box had stickers all over it staing $1.99. and the Suit said nope they belong over there. I told him that i want at least one of the flashlights and he said no they have to be brought to the back for repricing and woulndt be available until tommarow. My jaw dropped, COME BACK TOMMAROW? At least give me one flashlight for the price that was stickered on the box that was holding all 20 something of them. He said no and walked on. The lead front end manager then told me that they had the same problem for the past couple days on the registers and that they did a price adjust to give it for that price. I felt like a dumbazz to be honest like i was trying to confirm all along. Dont bother asking for assistance in the electronics and hunting/camping section. There is nobody there to help. Usually you have to go to other sections and interupt their story about their babys daddy or babys mamma drama problems just to have assistance. Not to mention they comment on other customers physical as well as speech

Around 10:30 02/21/16 my wife and I together with our three little kids went to Walmart Supercenter at 4700 135th St, Crestwood, il. The plan is to by a some grocery and bikes for my kids us thier birthday presents from us. While browsing a bike for my kids I have decided that to get one for my self so we can ride with them, after choosing the bike for my self I assisted my kids in choosing the bikes that they like and let them try the item if thier comfortable with it. while were discussing with our kids which bike they like to choose , walmart associates shouted on us in a rude and inappropriate manner and told us that my kids is not suppose to ride and play the bikes. Im feel bad and was shocked with what I see .. I tried to explain to him that were trying to check the bike that my kids like get. He insisted that my kids should not ride the bike in an arrogant manner and turn away. I was so upset with his attitude so I followed him and us if he is the manager of the store and he replied that his not. I ask him what is wrong if we try to check the bike before buying it and why he needs to shout at us like that, he replied and said youve been in the bike section for 30 minutes already. If he problems on us staying in that section for 30 minute why did he not approach me our my wife properly, he could have just talk to us in a nice manner. And if only that walmart person is usesing his common sense were trying to by three bikes does he expect us to leave that sections right away without even alleast checking the item before buying it. I tried calling the attention of the asst mananger name Jordan and explain to him my concern about the attitude of his associate. He also told me that the name of that rude associate is rich/rick... respect your customer accordingly regardless of thier color or race, that customer service lesson 101... I was a walmart customer for several year s now and this is my first time to have this very upsetting incident. .. and as a petitions we are considering not to go and patronage walmart again.

I couldnt believe I received this type of service in my neighborhood! First walking through the store there were 2-3 congregating groups of employees talking loudly and laughing while the shelves were a mess. Any supervisor could of heard them across the store if there was any supervisor! The worst part was when checking out I requested that the cashier wait until I move my items out of the carousel into my cart because previously I had to return to the store to get items that were missed. As I was putting my 200.00$ worth of groceries the cart the customer behind me became annoyed in waiting. The cashier, which was a young male proceeded to stand there and watch me rather tan assist it putting my groceries into the cart. WHAT EXACTLY IS WALMARTS POLICY ON ASSISTING THE CUSTOMER WITH PUTTING THE GROCERIES IN THE CART? Then the employee who was sweeping floors decided to come within 10 inches from me requiring me to back up so she could sweep the floor where I was standing. I felt very THREATENED as the move was blatant harassment of the customer. When I replied she cant come into my space like that and I want I supervisor the cashier called out we need this customer removed from the store. The supervisor would not provide me with her name nor allow me to make out a written report. I didnt know what to do at that point and was calling 911. I decided not to call as the situation was escalating. Later I realized I should of videoed it all with my phone ! I encourage others not to accept this type of harassment and poorly managed store in your neighborhood.!

There is a store support manager by the name of Timothy who is absolutely amazing, tonight upon shopping I asked A MANAGER who happened to be a woman working with another MANAGER by the name of Joe for help assisting me in finding baby food for my nephew who has a medical condition that requires him to eat 20 jars of food a day for a mere 6/8 jars of Gerber meats because the entire shelf was completely bare with ONLY fruits. The female manager mentioned FINDING OUT TOMORROW why the morning manager had no meats out SO BASICALLY NOT HELPFUL AT ALL upon looking for someone who actually knows they work on customer service to actually provide customer service Timothy appeared and was beyond helpful taking the time to make a few trips to the back of the store to help find the products that were not available on the shelf. This is not the first time where I have encountered "IF IM UP TO IT OR IN THE MOOD" help at this location was it not for NEEDING to come to this store I make it A POINT not to shop at this location because of the poor customer service. Customer service is not for everyone but its worse when the poor customer service is provided by someone who is suppose to lead by example.
